Spells or Feats?? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-31-07, 02:43 AM So here's the situation, I am a sixth level Ranger who has just purchased Complete Champion and I am wondering to myself, would it be better to keep the spells (two a day thanks to a high wisdom) or, the take the Ranger Variant (pg. 50) and take either Blind-Fight or Combat Expertise? I think I should take the feat but I'm not sure, any thoughts?

07-31-07, 06:10 AM Did you just obtain the 6th level? Have you already chosen your 6th level Feat? You can do both if you haven't already chosen your 6th level Feat. Otherwise, without being able to read complete champion in order to review the ranger variant, I would stick with the spellcasting.

In this response I am wagering a guess that your DM has read the variant and approved of its use?
