Split Shot

Prerequisites: Dex 18, Point Blank Shot, Rapid Shot, Many Shot, base attack bonus +9

Benifits: You may fire mutliple arrows as an attack action, divided as you choose among as many as two target creatures. You recieve a -2 to your attack roll per arrow fired. All arrows fired use the same attack roll, and you apply precision/critical damage to only one arrow. (You must designate the recipent of yoru precision damage before you roll your attack.) You may fire a number of arrows not to exceed your (BAB/5)+1. You may only use this feat once per turn, but it need not be at your best itterative attack.

Special: A fighter may select this as one of his bonus feats
Special: A ranger of 9th level or higher does not need to meet the dex requierment while wearing light or no armor.

Greater Manyshot [General]
You are skilled at firing many arrows at once, even at different opponents.

Prerequisites Dex 17, Manyshot, Point Blank Shot, Rapid Shot, base attack bonus +6.

Benefit When you use the Manyshot feat, you can fire each arrow at a different target instead of firing all of them at the same target. You make a separate attack roll for each arrow, regardless of whether you fire them at separate targets or the same target. Your precision-based damage applies to each arrow fired, and, if you score a critical hit with more than one of the arrows, each critical hit deals critical damage.

Special A fighter may select this feat as one of his fighter bonus feats.

from the SRD. Your feat seems to be after the same idea?

Yes that feat is similar insnt it? But there are a few signifigant diffrences. In particular, the number of arrows you can fire, the number of targets you can hit, the number of rolls you make, how they deal with criticals, how they deal with precision damage, the fact that it can be combined with a full attack, and the fact that it can be used with shoot on the run (Which is the thought that actually triggered me to make it up) However, they are fairly similar.

Hmm, i think split shot is a better name though, dont you? Ill change that now.

I think ill also add a line to the effect of;
If you have the greater many shot feat, you may roll your attack once per target, and one arrow per target may deal percision and critical damage.

This feat does fit into any thing less than epic if I read it correctly. I believe you're trying to apply Manyshot to EACH attack made even if it is part of another attack. OK, you restrict it to one of those attacks (use once per turn) but it is still an improvement over Greater Multishot unless I'm figuring incorrectly in which case it may be about the same.

How about a few example attack lines to show us what you are actually looking at.
