A charge is a special full-round action that includes an attack.

A spring attack only works with the standard attack action in conjunction with a move.

The two are incompatible: a charge includes a melee attack, but not the standard attack action. A spring attack only works with the standard attack action.

Can I make a Charge with a Spring attack?

No.
The Charge action requires a full-round action.

The Spring Attack requires a move+attack action, and it also requires from you to move at least 5ft after the attack.

And you can't make a 5ft movement after a Charge.
