I found superior expertise feat a few days ago and i was curious if the same feat exists for power attack. I couldn't find it anywhere.

Expertise has a cap of no more than -5 to hit, regardless of your BAB.

Superior Expertise lets you go higher than -5 to hit using Expertise.

Power Attack does not have a cap of -5 to hit.

As such, there is no feat that raises a cap that does not exist.

Wow. I can't believe i missed that. Been playing for quite some time and just assumed power attack had a -5 cap like expertise. Thank you for correcting my misconceptions.

Although, there are feats and class abilities that do augment your power attack. Improved and Supreme Power Attack for Frenzied Berserkers, Favoured Power Attack for Rangers (Complete Warrior).

But as noted above, without a cap to how much you can take off, there's nothing to raise a nonexistant cap.

Maybe you thought of Neverwinter Nights? Which used Power Attack for -5 Hit and +5 Damage if i recall correctly :)

The closest thing for a cap with power attack is cann't exceed your BAB but that's not same as the -5 cap of combat expertise.

You BAB IS the cap for Power Attack. Sometimes you get more benefit for the drawback and some feats increase even that but your BAB always has been the cap. Combat Expertise is also capped by your BAB with the addition of a -5 max; that max is removed in the improved version of course.

Power Attack in NWN was -5 for +5 and the improved version I believe was +/- 10. I never did like that feat too much and hate the "improved" version as you'd never need to take it with a "real" character.

In 3.0 there was a -5 cap which you probably assumed hadn't changed.

Nope. There was no cap in 3.0 either. Here it is from 3.0 SRD (http://www.opengamingfoundation.org/srd.html):

Power Attack [General]
Prerequisite: Str 13+.
Benefit: On the character's action, before making attack rolls for a round, the character may choose to subtract a number from all melee attack rolls and add the same number to all melee damage rolls. This number may not exceed the character's base attack bonus. The penalty on attacks and bonus on damage applies until the character's next action.
