03-15-07, 01:34 PM do you get your dex bonus and other enhancements or do you just use your full base attack bonus. second, is there any feats for ranged weapons to make attacks of oppurtunity. and last, im a scout and was wondering if there were any good archer classes for 3.5 to go into. I haven't played an archer and need some help.

03-15-07, 03:19 PM You get your Dex and all other bonuses to hit.

It takes a Prestige class ability, spell, (and possibly a magic item), or Epic feat to let you take AoO's using a ranged weapon at any range.

But there is an exotic ranged bow that can also be used to take AoO's, but only within 5ft of you, and not with an arrow.

Order of the Bow Initiate from Complete Warrior is quite good for what you want. They get a sneak-attack-like ability as a standard action. You're a scout, you move, get skirmish and then the extra precision damage on the one shot you can make.
