There is a tactical feat that involves using a longer than normal quarterstaff(that still has normal stats, its a flavor thing) and i can't remember what book i saw it in. Does anybody know what i'm talking about?

Complete Warrior has a feat like that with a normal quarterstaff.

Complete Adventurer (I think) has the Exotic Weapon Feat: Longstaff but that ain't a tactical feat.

sorry I can't help.

it's a dragon magazine I think actually, the one with all the polearm feats (and the horribly typoed exotic reach polearm with a 19-20/x4 critical...)
