Ilaro 10-02-07, 12:14 PM	I have a Swashbuckler3/Rogue3/Theif Acrobat2/Dervish5 and he has about 12 ranks in tumble and +3 dex and when it says that he can take 10 on his tumble checks in battle or in stressful situations, does that mean no matter what his check will be 25 so he doesn't have to roll when ,making a check for 15 or anything 25 and under?

That is correct. You can assume that you will never fail a check of DC 25 or lower. Note that there may be modifiers your DM will impose, but under normal circumstances you'll be fine. You will also still probably want to continue to put ranks in Tumble and find other ways to improve your bonus. This will allow you to move at full speed and move through multiple enemy squares without provoking.
