Who can start the charge? If only the leader can start the charge then do the other characters in the team have to hold their phase or raise their initiative to match the leader? If a team member can lead the massed charge do the other team members rise to the new initiative and keep that initiative? Do the team members that participated in the massed charge lose their attacks for that round? Thank you.
