06-09-07, 07:48 PM Off Topic: Here's a good combo for you to use for anyone with a Telling Blow class ability; (Insert Weapon with 18-20 Crit Range here, Oversized TWF may be necessary), Improved Critical (Weapon above), and Telling Blow. This way, you get sneak attacks 30% of the time, no matter what. (Well, besides someone being immune to criticals, but that's beside the point. You can get this all by level 12 as a rogue, I think.)

Quite simply, Yes.

Telling blow simply adds another condition under which SA/SS kicks off.
