That Feat that I Was Told of [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-30-07, 05:12 PM I was told once of a feat that enabled the application of INT to HP instead of CON and it was supposedly in a Dragon Magazine issue abd isn't that one from the FR setting that grants it ony at first level.

Anybody know the name and maybe prereqs? Or at least the feat name and issue?

08-30-07, 05:50 PM I saw one in Dragon a couple of years ago, "Greyhawk Regional Feats". "Initiate of the Faerie Mysteries" or somesuch. Requirements: being from <some region>. Effect: Together with another person who also has this feat, you can perform one of three rituals. Cost: 1 hour, nothing more. Lasts until you use the feat for another ritual. There were three rituals: <something>, <something else>, and Utter Brokination.

There's a faerunian feat which allows you to sub int for Con at first level, and add another HP for every metamagic feat you possess, too.

08-30-07, 07:07 PM Mind Over Body... I believe it was republished in Player's Guide to Faerun but its not a complete replacement of Int for Con for HP. It was only good for 1 level with some extra hp given for any metamagic feats you pick up later.

Mind Over Body is a psionic feat, I think the name we are looking for is Mind over Matter...Int instead of Con to HP at first level, and +1 for each metamagic feat after. There used to be a psionic version, but they got rid of it.
