I was looking at the eat from this site, Feats (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/datafind/feats.shtml). And I can't understand the followers per level. The example they have makes no sense to me.

I am a level 8 wizard with a cha modifier of 6, but a total leadership score of 18 with additional modifiers. Can anyone help me out?
