Hi all.

I would like to know how this feat works. Do you recover 3 + 1/Initiator level hit points when you recover any amount of maneuvers, or do you recover (3+1/initiator level)/per maneuver recovered.

Imagining a Swordsage that would recover 4 maneuvers at level 2 would he recover 5 (3+2) Hit Points, or 20 ((3+2)*4) hit points?

It only happens once per encounter, but you get to choose when to use it. It's whenever you recover a manuever and you choose to activate the feat, but that's it for the encounter. It doesn't matter how many maneuvers you recover; it's only a one time thing.

Correct. Look at how the feat is worded: it's "once per encounter", and "when you recover a maneuver". If you recover multiple maneuvers, it still can only activate once.

To clarify, he'd heal 5 hit points.
