Is there a feat that lets you change the memorized Wizard spells/ or psi powers Erudite from the begging of the day? If not recomendations on making one.

2 things. Can you please clarify your question as it is very hard to understand.
And, focusing on the erudite bit, erudites dont prepare powers. So what do you mean?

Sorry if it is a bit confusing.

Erudites are able to use a variety of opwers as wizards do, but the catch is they must select a few to use for the day same as a wizard. They then can use those powers as often as wanted, but only those powers. A psion on the other hand can use any power they know without limit similar to a warmage. Wizards use spellbooks is there a way to swap out a spell in your memory for one in your spell book?

Ok. For wizards there is a feat in Complete Mage called Alacritious Cogitation, that allows you to replace a spell you have memorized with one of equal or lesser level that is in your spellbook. Usuable 1/day.

Erudites do not prepare powers. When an erudite manifests a power, and has not manifested any other power that day, that power goes into his powers for that day slots. If he manifests a different power, that goes into the next slot. This goes on until he has used up his slots, and the powers he has already manifested are the only ones he can manifest. And I know no way to switch out powers for them.

I think the question is basically whether a wizard can swap a prepared spell for another spell in his spellbook using a feat or something similar.

The answer to this *should* be 'no', simply because wizards who can trade any spell they know for any other one become far too powerful, even more than they are already.

The only thing that comes close to being able to do this is using wish or limited wish to replicate spells of a certain level or lower, or leaving slots open to prepare a spell with a 15 minute study period (or quicker 1 time/day with the Alacritous Cogitation feat).

I think there is a 8th lv spell in spell compendium which basically lets you change all the spells you had originally memorized. Its casting time of 10 minutes pretty much negates its use in combat, though you could in a pinch, replicate it with wish to bring its casting time down to 1 round.

Since there is a precedent, I would allow an erudite to use reality revision to change his list of powers chosen for the day as well.

Eberron campaign book - SPontaneous casting feat. lets a wizard swap a prepared spell for any spell in his spellbook. Costs two action points, minimum caster level 5th to take.

I dunno about the Erudite, but I do know that a substitution ability for a Wizard specialized as a Transmuter in Unearthed Arcana exists where you can swap out your memorized spells for spells of the same levels.
