| Ninetails Demon09-09-07, 02:01 AM | During a recent game, I pointed out to the other players that you are able to trip during an attack of opportunity. The DM then decided that to be able to do any special action during an AoO you have to take a feat, Greater "Insert Action Here". The main reason the DM ruled this is he disapproved of the endless tripping combo. Any thoughts on this? Does anyone feel it is a bad idea or good idea? If so, why? |

Target moves to get up. 2a. PC performs Attack of Opportunity. AT THIS POINT, THE TARGET IS STILL PRONE AND CANNOT BE TRIPPED. 2b After the AoO, the target stands. Your DM is wrong. |
