I'm a little confused on how TWP works. On a charge, does it:

A) Only allow you to make 2 attacks, 1 with your primary weapon and 1 with your secondary weapon

B) Allow you to make 1 primary weapon attack and at least 1 attack with your secondary weapon (but more if you have ITWF or GTWF)

C) A full attack with iterative attacks with your primary and at least 1 attack with your secondary (but more if you have ITWF or GTWF)

If it is only A, would it be unbalanced to just homerule C in light of the 1 dip Barbarian and the fact that this is still worse than Pounce (You do not get the +2 from charging and must use both weapons so another -2 on each attack)?

Yeah, i'm sure its A.
Pretty weak, better to find Pounce from somewhere, and get all your attacks. This peaked my interest because i've just rolled a TWF Scout/Tempest for an upcoming game. I stillmay take it later on, but i'm aiming for Bounding Assult etc, so i may run out of feats.:)

edit: i just remembered i took the Feral template so i've already got a limited pounce, (first round only).

Scout/Tempest is nice, but make sure the DM knows that you plan on making multiple attacks that qualifiy for Skirmish, I did it a few weeks ago and in a 10th level game I did 60-70 damage on two hits. He had to stop the game while we explained to him that that's how it works. Then he said that was too powerfull and I only got it once per round.

It's A. Not that great of a feat in my opinion.

IIRC the reason for the "limited pounce" is because that's the way pounce worked in 3.0, which is where feral was created. I would assume that you should probably update it to be normal pounce, since it no longer functions in that fashion.

thats not a bad idea, but the Catfolk pounce works the same and IIRC it is 3.5. But i'll ask.

Shouldn't be a problem, my current character is a Goliath Warblade/Monk, that is regularly Leap Attack-Pouncing. The DM for the next game has a character in this game too, so he's used to it.
