Im beginning a campaign and had a cool idea and need to see if it is legal. I was wondering if, with the Two Weapon Fighting feat, if you may throw weapons with both hands, because i know you can fire two cross-bows with one in each hand, so I wanna throw daggers with both hands. Anyone think this is possible???

Yep, it's in the PHB, under Two-Weapon Fighting.

If you want to draw weapons so you can throw them, the Quickdraw feat will probably help. But you don't need it if you use shurikens, which can be drawn as a free action like ammunition.

A monk (proficient in shurikens) can combine TWF and Flurry of Blows to hurl a whole lot of shurikens per round. They probably won't hit (due to attack penalty stacking) and they probably won't do much damage, but there can be a lot of them.

I have a halfling druid who combines TWF with Produce Flame to toss around a lot of balls of fire. Check with your DM.

Rapid Shot works with thrown weapons also (as does improved rapid shot though have to take the (useless) manyshot)

All of the following stack

TWF
Rapid Shot
Flurry

Of course, the penalties to hit stack also, and requirements as well.
