is there a feat that lets you add dex bonus to hit and or damage with an unarmed attack?

Well, the PHB weapon finesse works to give a bonus to hit with unarmed strikes.

"With a light weapon, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category... Natural weapons are always considered light weapons."

As far as adding dex to damage, maybe someone else can help you find a feat for doing that.

Weapon Finesse allows you to use your Dex bonus instead of your Str bonus to hit with unarmed attacks.

Tome of Battle has a feat that lets you do that, but if you're not a Swordsage, the prereqs are kind of harsh.

Weapon Finesse allows dex bonus to hit. I think you would know that, seeing as how you have it in the title.

Basic logic:

Premisse 1: A Slam Attack is a Natural Weapon. A > B
Premisse 2: Natural Weapons are allowed for the Weapon Finesse bonus. B > C
________________________________________ _________________________

Conclusion: A Slam Attack is allowed for the Weapon Finesse bonus. A > C

Multiclassing in swashbuckler will let you add you int modifier to to damage as well, you can multiclass freely with the monastic training feat, or with a variant of the asetic feats from Cad. Then there is always gestalt.

(Here's a short list to get you started: badgers, cats, hawks, lizards, monkeys, owls, rats, snakes, and weasels.)

I don't think any of those have slams.
