Undead always find themselves low on hit points, what with the lack of Con modifier and level adjustment. Improved Toughness is always a good bet. Ideally not all in capitals.

Improved Grapple, for blood draining goodness.

Multiattack and Rend are safe bets. :)

As is Quicken Spell-like Ability.

If you have access to Libris Mortis, you'll want Endure Sunlight. If you have a decent Cha (and you get a bonus as a vampire), you can stand in sunlight for a few rounds before feeling any adverse effects whatsoever. Assuming an average Cha score (base 10), modified as a vampire (+4 for 14), you can stay out for three rounds before anything bad happens.

Granted, you won't want to be running out all willy nilly, it's a good way to quick blitz from building to building, or to make a quick get-away during the day if the need arises.

I'd look into Turn Resistance. Libris Mortis should have the newest version (IIRC)
