04-29-07, 09:33 PM Persistent Spell is a metamagic feat in Complete Arcane. It allows you to turn a spell with a duration other than instantaneous into a spell that lasts 24 hours. The spell must be of personal range or must have a fixed range (i.e. a range expressed in a non-variable distance; this excludes touch range spells). A Persistent Spell uses a spell slot 6 levels higher than normal.
