| MC_Templar01-09-08, 09:00 PM | Long time Lurker... just registered, so bear with me. I am looking through feats for interesting combinations for future PCs or iconic NPCs to harrass the party in my games. I ran across the 'Dragon Tail' feat in the Races of the Dragon that a Kobold could qualify for. Combined with the Prehensile Tail feat from Savage Species, (assuming Kobold had the pre-req's) how much flexibility would the DMs on this board give to the tail. The ability to become a 3 weapon fighting blender is written directly into the feat, but what about a butch (strength-focused) for-a-Kobold fighter wielding a primary weapon with 2 hands and using a shield with the tail. Considering the elimination of 'facing' in the D&D combat system, would it sound allowable to you? Also, if a shield is normally usable, could the Kobold then utilize a kobold-sized tower shield and fight like the tortoise from hell? I am interested in any opinions and arguements, please. |
