Does the calming aura continue to work outside the zone of effect? If yes, does it require concentration.

What would be the suspected behaviors of animals and inteligent characters once hostile now affeted by the ability?

And for allied character once a dangerous situation arise can they just walk away from the zone so they can take aggressive actions? Should NPCs do the same?
