Ok, besides having a high constitution and toughness, what are feats and such that can raise your hit points?

any book is fair game, even many 3rd party too, so please mention what book it came from.

Improved Toughness from Comp War and various others.

Think the Forgotten Realms books have Dwarf Toughness/Giant Toughness that grant more and more hp.

Do you have to be a dwarf or giant or is that just the name?

I believe Complete Warrior has a feat called Improved Toughness that gives you an additional 1 hit point per level.

No, although in the long run, you're better off taking Improved Toughness.

Dwarves', Giant's, and Dragon's Toughness are all feats that grant you a static HP bonus (similar to Toughness). Still, beyond 12th level, you'll get more HP for Improved Toughness anyway, and you qualify for it at a lower level.

You can also take the slow (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/characterTraits.htm#slow) trait from Unearthed Arcana to get an extra HP every level, but it comes at a high price: your base land speed is halved.

Become a god. Gods receive maximum hp for each HD. :D

The Expanded Psionic Handbook has Psionic Body, which gives you 2 HP for every [Psionic] feat you take. Psionic Body is itself a [Psionic] feat, so that's 2 HP, and if you take lots of those feats (Psychic Warriors, for example, often do), you net yourself a bunch of extra HP. Of course, you need to be psionic (either by race or class) to qualify for feats of that subtype, but the benefits can be pretty handy.

In the same vein, there's a feat in forgetton realms that gives you hp at first level equal to your key spellcasting modifier rather than Con, and 1 bonus HP for each metamagic feat taken. Great for Incantatrixes. Incantatrixi? Incantarixim?!?

magic of incarnum has azure toughness that gives you 1 hp for each point of essentia invested, incarnum fortified body which gives you 2 HP for each incarnum feat you take, heart of incarnum which gives you 2 HP per point of essentia you have in your essentia pool (i.e. your max essentia), also as far as soulmelds go, the vitality belt gives you +meldshaper level in HP per point of essentia invested (a level 20 incarnate can put like 6 or 7 points of essentia into it easy. Meaning 140 HP. Also, the totem avatar soulmeld give +meldshaper level in HP once.)
Also, consitution is the casting stat for the spell system.

Other than that, i know if races of the dragon, there's a feat that gives you 2 HP for each dragon heritage feat you take.

in fiendish codex 2, there is a devil touched feats. One of them grants a +2hp bonus for each devil touched feat you take.

Which is darn good if you're going to play a sorcerer (d4 hit die)

There's also a PRC that gives you bonus heritage feats if I remember correctly.
