So there's weapon focus, and blade meditation, but to my knowledge there aren't any feats used to do better against certain weapons or styles. So here's my shot at two of them...

Weapon Bane
Prereqs: Weapon Focus, BAB+2
Benefit: Character gains a +1 competence bonus to attack rolls and defense against a character wielding a selected type of weapon (longsword, for instance).
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, each time it is taken, choose an new weapon to specialize against.
Special: A fighter may select this feat as one of his fighter feats.

Magic Bane:
Prereqs: Spellcraft 8 ranks
Benefit: Character gains a +2 competence bonus on saves and defense against spells of a certain school (necromancy, for instance).
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, each time it is taken, choose an new school to specialize against.
Special: A fighter may select this feat as one of his fighter feats.

Discipline Bane:
Prereqs: Martial Lore 8 ranks, BAB+3
Character gains a +2 competence bonus on attack and defense against a character using a stance or maneuver belonging to a certain martial discipline (Desert Wind, for instance).
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, each time it is taken, choose an new sublime discipline to specialize against.
Special: A fighter may select this feat as one of his fighter feats.

They might be a bit more powerful than Power Attack, but it needs that since you won't always be fighting against someone who has a longsword, is using Shadow Hand, is casting a necromantic spell, or whatever your bane is.

What do you guys think?

Added feat:

Greater Magic Bane:
Prereqs: Magic Bane
Benefit: Character gains an additional +2 competence bonus (totaling as a +4) on saves and defense against spells of a certain school (necromancy, for instance).
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, each time it is taken, choose an new school to specialize against.
Special: A fighter may select this feat as one of his fighter feats.

For weapon bane, what does it mean to have an attack roll against a weapon? Like, when you're sundering? Or do you mean you get +1 to attack an opponent who is wielding that kind of weapon?
Can you pick a natural weapon?

For discipline bane, that is even more confusing... what do you mean by attack roll against a discipline?

I like magic bane, but even if the others are clarified, it's hard to imagine taking them... the benefits are too narrow.

Sorry, I meant to designate the target was the character wielding the chosen weapon, and the character using a stance of maneuver of the chosen discipline. Fixing.

The feats would only really be useful in campaigns involving a lot of fighting versus humanoid opponents... and Discipline Bane would only be useful in a ToB heavy game.

As for selecting a natural weapon to have bane against, you can, but the creature must be actively using said natural weapon for you to gain the bonus. If you select claws as your baned weapon, you only gain the benefit when the creature is A: not holding a two-handed weapon, and B: using a one-handed weapon and no shield/offhand weapon.

I think my favorite out of the bunch is Magic Bane, mainly because it gives another well-needed edge to martial characters. Someone needs to find a balanced way to make spellcasters cry. :P
