| Belzegar07-23-07, 05:16 PM | Im wondering in the PHB if you look in the description of weapon finesse you can see it does not specify that you need to specify a type of weapon such as weapon focus or weapon spec. But if you look in the feat list there's still a little number 2 by the feat that tells you can take this feat more then once... Which is true .... Weapon Finesse Good for a dagger and rapier or need to take Weap. Finesse Dagger and then Weap. Finesse Rapier... Thanks in advance |

I'm not sure if there's ever been anything issued by WotC, but the simple answer is that text supercedes tables. The text of the Feat description does not limit it to a selected weapon, so by precedence, that is the official rule. |
| kalstrand07-23-07, 06:27 PM | The later printings of the PHB have the little number 2 removed. |
| Belzegar07-23-07, 06:31 PM | Thanks guys |
| Lord_Zeb07-23-07, 11:13 PM | In PHB 3.0 it was needed to take Weapon Finesse multiple times to use it with different weapons, but this was removed in 3.5. Why it was a little leftover from earlier versions in the early prints than was forgotten. |
