Do the bonuses from Weapon Mastery stack with the bonuses from Weapon Focus/Specialization? I thought because they are untyped they would, but I'd like confirmation.

Also can Weapon Supremacy be taken for a ranged weapon? I ask because in the table it says Melee Weapon Mastery is required, but in the actual feat description only "Weapon Mastery" is required meaning that ranged weapons could be used. I think this is logical, but again, I'd like confirmation. Thanks!

Yes, it stacks. As stated in numerous threads before this one.

Total with weapon foucus/spec and greater + weapon mastery:
+4 atk, +6 dmg

Oops sorry, thanks for letting me know though. About weapon supremacy for ranged weapons, I suppose the grappling part doesn't make sense, but is it a stretch to give a PC the rest of the bonuses?

Regarding Weapon Supremacy, the text has priority over the table always. So you can indeed take WSup with a ranged weapon, and thus use it in a grapple.

Both questions are answered in the 3.5 Main Rules FAQ. Yes and Yes.
