OK, here's a feat I came up with based off a character named Shigure in a series called Histories Greatest Disciple Kenichi. She is a master of all forms of weaponry, and beats a group of about six to eight girls, all armed with various forms of weaponry, using a rice spoon!

Weapons Mastery (Epic)
Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes, Exotic Weapon Proficiency, Improved Critical, Martial Weapon Proficiency, Power Attack, Quick Draw, Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, Greater Weapon Specialization
Benefit: Select one type of weaponry; Simple, Martial, Exotic, Natural or Improvised. When utilizing a weapon of the selected type, that weapon is treated as though it possessed the Vorpal enchantment. Vorpal must be an acceptable enchantment for the weapon in question in order for this feat to apply.
Special: You may take this feat multiple times. Every time you take this feat, it applies to a new type of weaponry.

Giving a +5 enchantment for the cost of only 1 feat to an entire group of weapons? Oh yeah, that's balanced. Take it 5 times, and you can treat absolutely anything as Vorpal.

Am I to assume that this rice spoon severed the heads of all of those armed girls?

No, but it did cut all their weapons into tiny pieces and place cuts in their clothes so fine that it took a while for the effect of that to be noticed.

Plus, it's only when Vorpal would normally apply to a weapon, meaning it only works with slashing weapons.
