Is there a feat which allows you to add your Wis or Int modifier to your AC in addition to your Dex modifier ?
I'm asking because I want to build a light armored character using the sneak-attack less
Rogue from UA so his BAB will top out at 15 meaning Improved combat expertise is somewhat out of the question, so I'm thinking a feat that allowed your awareness of your surroundings to add to your AC would fit nicely with the concept of a nimble lightly armored fighter.

Thats a class ability, not a feat. Monks and ninjas.

That's a class ability, not a feat. Monks and ninjas.

Monk doesn't really fit the concept and I don't have access to complete adventurer

Monks belt for wisdom to AC if you do not mind wearing no armor (mage armor or bracers of armor work though).

Swordsage levels will help with wisdom to AC while wearing light armor if that is more your style (tome of battle).

2 levels in wilder will make your touch AC go up by your charisma bonus but it is limited by your normal AC.

you could also try taking a level or two of Duelist, which is not only a good agile fighter (with a full BAB, no less), but gets to apply some of its INT bonus to AC.

again not a feat...but thief acrobat provides a dodge bonus to AC which increases when fighting defensively (and stacks with the dodge feat as dodge bonuses tend to do).

On top the class has skill mastery for a bunch of dex based skills, kip up, accelerated skill movement, takes no penalties to combat while kneeling or prone, improved evasion...

Btw, I wouldn't leave out combat expertise (or improved for that matter). If you're going to catch people flatfooted and flanked a lot a -5 to attack isn't necessarily so bad. And it gives you access to all sorts of feats that int based fighters tend to use.

What is the concept?

A Former Air pirate (Eberron like setting, no action points), who relies on his nimbleness and dexterity to keep from getting hit as heavy armor can be a liability on a sky ship and wields a wand of magic missiles along with more traditional sword.

Starting level 3rd

Here's what I'm thinking as far as feats
1st level
Dodge (bonus human feats)
Skill Focus (Use magic Device) (1st level feat)
Combat Expertise (Bonus feat which replaces sneak attack)

3rd level
Improved Feint (3rd level feat)
Defensive Strike (Bonus feat which replaces sneak attack)

I plan to focus on feats like Tumble, Balance, Bluff (for feinting and charming scoundrel), Use magic device (must for his weapon of choice) and then may be diplomacy, and disable device .

A couple levels of ninja would fit well. Maybe borrow a book or something?
You could also talk to your DM about adding a level of monk and just playing with the flavor as much as he will allow.

If neither of those works out, I would look into the PrCs like Grod suggested. Duelist seems to fit your concept pretty well, and Int is a great stat to keep high. Invisible Blade grants the same type of Int bonus, but doesnt fit your concept as well.

I'd say ninja, just for the sheer coolness of it.

NOTHING, i repeat nothing, could possibly have caused as much confusion in our campaign as my Pseudodragon Ninja. :D

If you do go ninja, you could just dump DEX altogether and take Zen Archery (add WIS to ranged attack rolls). Stick a high score in wis, you hardly need dex.

Since you are trading your SA away for feats, why are you spending them on feats that are only worth using when you have sneak attack? I have never seen anyone except a rogue feint for a very specific reason- it is not worth it unless you are throwing a fistful of d6s after.

You have greater optimization issues than having your AC lower than you would like.
