05-02-07, 10:53 PM Versatile Unarmed Strike, from Player's Handbook II. It also allows you to deal slashing damage with your unarmed strikes.

05-03-07, 06:14 AM There is also one in Stormwrack that lets your attacks be both Piercing and Bludgeoning at the same time, to avoid underwater penalties. Toothed Blow. But in general Versatile Unarmed Strike is better, because you can also do slashing.
