What weapon(s) do you wield? Because that has a lot to do, you can pick weapon focus (and the cool ones that have that as prerequisite), two weapon fighting (and the ones that can be taken after that)...

Or, are you aiming for a feat later? (E.g. Whirlwind Attack)

Why have you picked toughness as a feat? It's terrible.

sadly right now i have a longsword as my weapon and the feats are set to that so my teammate is making me a special longsword that takes advantage of my monkey grip and i will be using 2 hands aside from that i will also have 2 katana's on my belt (the reason is more story based) and i will be whereing more light or medium armor, aside from that i will have a hidden blade that im crafting the is like the one from assassins creed ^_^ it comes in handy so i assume i need quick draw.

heres a pic of my character (modified by me draw by some one else)

The age hair color and eye color match so ^_^

The reason for toughness was an early on need that saved my ass

so your kakashi without any ninja lvls?

anyways, i would suggest retraining your toughness feat to something better, anything really, if you still need hp go with improved toughness.

as for feats, go with meelee weapon mastery and perhaps others of that tree.

also, greater weapon specialization would be good since you have the prereqs already.

Well i never knew i could retrain a feat ^_^ so tx for that. and even if i retrain that gives me 3 feats of any kind and 2 samurai feats.

also that a pic of naruto that i altered i figured my guy Kenpachi Hayabusa looks exactly like that so i just changed it to make it look more professional.

Improved Toughness would give you an extra hp for each character level. If you thought that 3 extra hp were useful then you'll really like 16 extra hp (and you'll keep getting extra hp as you level).

Martial Study: Shadow Hand (Shadow Jaunt) will let you teleport 50 feet as a standard action. It is a nice way to get into (or away from) the action.

The previous feat also qualifies you to take Martial Stance: Shadow Hand (Child of Shadow, Island of Blades, Assassin's Stance, or Dance of the Spider). Gaining concealment while you move, more flanking opportunities, sneak attack dice, or a spider climb effect are all good uses for a feat.

Don't bother with two weapon fighting since your Samurai class already gives you a similar ability.

That feat requires 12 levels of Fighter, and he only has 10.

The only requirement for the Martial Study feat is that you meet the requirement of the maneuver that you're learning. Shadow Jaunt can be learned by anybody of 6th level or beyond.

The Martial Stance feat requires you to know at least one maneuver (which the Martial Study feat provides) and to meet the requirements of the individual stance. One stance requires that you know a maneuver (which the Martial Study feat provides), and all can be taken at 10th level (the first two can be taken the moment you take the previous feat).

As for Melee Weapon Mastery (PHB2), it gives you +2 attack and damage to all weapons which do the same sort of damage as your Weapon Focus/Specialization feat (ie. bludgeoning, piercing, slashing). WotC has stated that this includes the weapon for which you've taken Weapon Focus/Specialization.
