Ill really like to make a shoot and hide type or bluff and shoot. Were making gesalts and i will be a psion/rogue and i dont want to overpower myself with doing 15+d6 dmg every round at lvl 10. So im thinking varient rogue to get the feats. What would be some cool options?

So im thinking varient rogue to get the feats. What would be some cool options? Since it requires a ranged touch attack, you have a bunch of feat choices that could help you. This topic was most extensively covered in Complete Arcane, but the principles should apply equally to Psionics: You can take Weapon Focus (Ranged Spell) to give a +1 to-hit on any spell that calls for a ranged attack roll. You can apply Point Blank Shot bonus to hit within 30ft with a ranged attack spell, and the +1 to damage if the spell deals hit point damage. Also works with normal ranged weapons. You can apply Precise Shot to ranged attack spells, as well as normal ranged weapons. Based on the way the feats work, I would say that Psionic Shot is valid because it does not specify a specific kind of weapon. I am not sure of the language of Plunging Shot. You also can apply Sneak Attack damage with it within 30 feet, but you seem to have noticed that already.
