| FrostHammer03-09-07, 02:35 AM | Survival or Knowledge (Nature)? |
| zookthegreat03-09-07, 03:30 AM | if u dont have a ranger in the party survial for the track but if u have 1 go with the knowledge nature |
| FrostHammer03-09-07, 03:52 AM | But Druids don't get the Track feat unless they spend a feat on it right? |
| bloodtalon03-09-07, 07:07 AM | yes they have to spend a feat to get tracking. i woudl think most druids would have to learn knowledge nature to be able to be a druid like most clerics would have to learn knowledge religon to know how to serve thier god/goddess. |
| WinDReiN03-09-07, 07:34 AM | I would go for knowledge Nature, later it is used for casting epic spells, and can be used to gain information about monsters, along with some other uses. |
| cwslyclgh03-09-07, 12:46 PM | both are helpful to a druid, survival is especialy useful if you plan on spending long periods of time in the wild, with out returning to civilization to resupply on food and stuff... however from a game mechanic stand point, knowledge (nature) is probably more useful in the long run, especialy if you plan on getting to 21st+ level, as a druids epic spellcasting is based upon Knowledge (Nature) for number fo spells per day. |
| Kouk03-09-07, 02:10 PM | You can have your animal companion track (a little bit) for you. Some DMs may say you need to be able to Speak with Animals to do it the best though. Anyhow, stock up on Trail Bars from Complete Scoundrel (1g each, whole day's meal but it tastes like crap) and you don't need survival much. Unless your campaign is in an unusual environment. |
