I went Master Thrower on my 1/2ling, you may want to look at taking a level of that, as it givess Quick Draw which I think is Whisper req. Plus the MT tricks can be beneficial. Besides the basics like Precise shot... Feats, keep in mind that Rapid Fire and TWF usually require a full attack. I prefer TWF over Rapid Sgot, as I end up meleeing more then I'd like even though I don't get full strength to damage, not that big of a deal. Com Scoundrel is your friend, it has some nice feats and movement skills that would be very useful in a urban campaign and crazy jumps. Co Scoundrel feat that gives +2d8 to skirmish if you move at least 20' and another that allows Rogue/Scout to stack for certain things, including sneak/skirmish. |

I would suggest using Halfling Rogue sub levels to add to your ranged SA damage (the cost to melee SA damage is not too bad). I would look at this one and Invisible Blade (CoW) side by side and see if you want one or the other < or both since IB is a 5 lvl PrC... Personally, to meet all the feat/skill reqs I went Rogue2/Fighter 4 That gives 6 feats by level 6 and a +5 BaB. Better HD too, but if you want scout for other reasons, have at it. I wanted a more combat oriented build. I am by no means a very good optimizer but this looked like fun to me. feats looked like this: 1. Rog1-TWF 2. Rog2- 3.Rog2/Ftr1-Weapon Finesse,Quickdraw* 4. Rog2/Ftr2-*Point Blank Shot 5. Rog2/Ftr3- 6. Rog2/Ftr4-Weapon Focus, *Weapon Spec. I was planning on getting Ranged Weapon Mastery at level 9 and perhaps Melee Weapon Mastery as well. With fighter levels, I saw the build as throwing whenever possible but still being a decent melee type. MWM would help with this as well. If you want a more throwing focused Prc then look at Master thrower. Depending on how much scouting you really want to do you might have the skills already with rogue skills, (Search, spot, listen, move silently, etc...) Also many of these skills are Whisperknife skills as well |
