Okay, the idea behind this feat is that it's similar to Song of the White Raven from Tome of Battle

Prerequisites: Marshal level 1, one White Raven maneuver.
Benefit: Your Marshal levels stack with your martial adept levels for the purposes of determining the numeric benefits of Marshal auras.

Any suggestions or critiques would be appreciated.

Apparently this is good. Awesome. I'll include it.

My only critique is that, instead of requiring Marshal level 1, you require "One Major Aura" or something similar. Truth is, a level 1 Marshal actually doesn't have any auras yet that use class level to determine the bonus. Minor auras (the ones you get at 1st level) use your Charisma modifier for their bonus, I believe.

Additionally, you also get more out of the second Marshal level, as then the two levels would give you an additional Initiator Level.

Oh, and it should be more in line with Song of the White Raven. How about this:

Marshal Adept(Just to be cute)
Prerequisites: One Major Aura, one White Raven maneuver
Benefit: Whenever you use a swift action to adopt a White Raven Stance, you may also change your current aura(s) as a free action. Additionally, your Marshal and Martial Adept levels stack to determine the bonus granted by your major auras.
Special: Anytime you would normally be allowed to learn a new manuever or trade one maneuver known for a different one, you may instead choose to learn a new Aura

I added that special because the Marshal Auras are significantly more limited in scope than even Inspire Courage, and Marshal is already a weaker class than even the lowly Bard, so I figured it wouldn't be unbalanced. And yes, this does mean that the "new Marshal" is actually Marshal 2/Warblade or Crusader 18. However, the "new Bard" was already Bard 1/Warblade or Crusader 19 anyway, so who cares?

I like your additions, however I'm keeping the name "White Raven Commander". Marshal Adept is pretty funny, though. Personally, I'd still stick it out to Marshal 4 / Warblade 16 just to gain that "Grant Move Action" ability. It can be pretty sweet.
