Wild Stalker

You combine your dedication to nature with mystical stealth.

Prerequisite: Ki power, Wild Empathy

Benefit: Your druid and ninja levels stack for the purposes of determining the size of your Ki pool, as well as your AC bonus. For example, a 5th-level druid/1st-level ninja with this feat could use his ki power a number of times per day equal to 3 (one half the total of his druid and ninja levels) plus his Wisdom bonus (if any) and would have a +1 bonus to AC (as if he were a 6th-level ninja).
Your druid and ninja levels also stack for the purposes of determining the bonus you get on Wild Empathy checks.

Does this seem balanced?

Would it be balanced to also include a feature that would allow ninja and druid levels to stack for the purposes of advancing the druid's animal companion?

Also, I'm thinking of changing it so it reads effective druid level; that way, ranger/ninja could also benefit from this feat, but not necessarily as much. You savvy?

Basically, I have an idea for drow druid/ninja ambushers with white skeleton warpaint erupting from the jungle....possibly lead by a blighter.

Wild Stalker

You combine your dedication to nature with mystical stealth.

Prerequisite: Ki power, Wild Empathy

Benefit: Your ninja level and druid caster levels stack for the purposes of determining the size of your Ki pool, as well as your AC bonus. Also, a 4th level ranger/2nd level ninja would have a number of ki power uses per day equal to 2 + Wisdom bonus.
Your druid caster level and ninja levels also stack for the purposes of determining the bonus you get on Wild Empathy checks.

Is this a better version of the feat? It allows it to be used by druids at full power and rangers at half power. Is it too powerful because the benefit of adding Wisdom to AC is extremely useful to a druid, especially in wildshape?
