At low lvls of wildshaping most creatures only get 1 attack. Can they make a grapple and still do damage while they are grappling?

Lets say a wolf(shapechanged) makes his bite attack, starts and makes a grapple. What happens next round? While he is still holding his target does he still make an attack or just hold the target? And is there any damage involved? Also what if earth embrace is involved?

You make another grapple check. If you win, you get to deal your natural attack damage. In this case, another bite.

Actually, since a wolf doesn't have Improved Grab, it would work like this:

Round 1... wolf decides to grapple: provoke an AoO, make a touch attack, and then a grapple check. If sucessful, you're now grappling.

Round 2... either attack with your bite at -4 and do your bite damage, or make a grapple check to deal your "unarmed strike" damage, which is 1d3+Str for a medium creature. Either way, the grapple continues until your target escapes.

etc.
