Divine Ward (PHBII pg 88) lets you designate a ward and you can then cast touch spells on him from a range of close.

Now suppose you also have the Chain Spell metamagic feat.

If you then Chain Spell a Cat's Grace and cast it on him, and it chains to everyone in range, would that include yourself?

I'd say yes. Cat's Grace, Mass is 4 slots higher than Cat's Grace. Chain Spell takes up 3 slots higher, but you need to take that Divine Ward thing as well, so it all evens out.

And this can be for any spell with a range of touch.

So, a cleric with these feats could really buff the party with chained "touch" spells. Some of the domains offer great Arcane spells for this purpose, too like polymorph any object and foresight. Imagine a whole party with foresight in effect for each of them.

Some other great Divine Ward + Divine MetaMagic (Chain) combos:

heal
resurrection (for that near TPK)
remove curse/disease/poison
imbue with spell ability
spell immunity
true seeing
spell resistance

hmmmmm I think i have my new character idea in place.

I wouldn't allow that to happen. I'd rule the Cat's Grace only has a range of Close for the Divine Ward and not the others. In that situation, you wouldn't be able to chain the spell.
