Hey my wife is getting tired of constantly failing her will saves even though her class has good saves. It is mostly due to bad luck, but she and I were wondering where the feat to use int as a base stat for will saves, if one existed.

P.S. I wouldn't know because I don't play casters that much, thats why I am asking.

Being smart doesn't protect you from mind control, I'm afraid. Being strong of will does.
If she wants to protect herself from failing will saves, tell her to buy a Cloak of Resistance.

Yea, my characters tend to be unlucky in saves too, nowdays i always make room in their feat selection for something to improve their worst save, and room in their item selection for a cloak of resist (or go about getting one). Its just so nice to have good saves.

Wow I could have sworn there was a feat that let you do that. Thanks for the info.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but if bad luck is the problem... in the MIC there is an amulet that lets you re-roll a save. It's a pretty nice item, and it doesn't cost that much... i'm thinking somewhere in the 3 to 6k range.... i don't have the book in front of me.

But as for the feat, i've not heard of one, but i'd love it if it were out there....It would up my main char's will save by 12....

There is a feat that lets you do this called Keen Intellect. It's included in the Oriental Adventures update in Dragon #318.

This and much more can be found in the X Stat to Y Bonus thread (http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=4584975).
