Basically i want to be a wizard, but use cha. for the basis of all my spells. trying to build a conjurer/malconvoker. |
| dman1123503-01-08, 12:37 AM | No, there isn't. But there is a class (sort of), it's called the sorcerer. There may be another class that someone else chimes in with, but my brain is shutting down for the night. And isn't the Malconvoker divine only? I thought it was. |
| Climhazzard03-01-08, 02:30 AM | Such a feat exists, but here's the catch.... ... ... ...it's in a third-party source book. More specifically, Lost Tradition in Bastards and Bloodlines. I recommend various mind-altering drugs in order to convince a DM to allow it. |

You're trading one stat for another. I would require you call yourself some kind of studious sorcerer or something, and make me a good backstory to justify it, but otherwise should be OK. But no, there are almost certainly no official rules which do this, it breaks one of the tiny, tiny divisions that exist between Sorcerers and Wizards already. EDIT: ... However, there are some ways to make a Sorcerer more like a Wizard and vice versa. There are feats which allow a spontaneous spellcaster to prepare spells in advance like a Wizard, which would allow metamagic-enhanced spells to not take a full-round casting time minimum. |

Malconvoker is for any caster with summon monsters. Great class really. |
