Are there any worth feats that boost powers for a controlling type psion?

In my mind, not many. The only ones that I think may be worthwhile are Twin Power and Extend Power. Just my opinion.

Psychic Endowment isn't nearly as great as the completely-passive Spell Focus, but it's an innate way to tack on some DC value if you've got ways to earn that focus.

Not Chain. Chain Power is worthless. It only works on a power that affects a single target and that deals either acid, cold, electricity, fire, or sonic damage. Do you know how many of those there are? Exactly one. Matter agitation.

Unless you want to boost the heck out of matter agitation, don't take Chain Power.

edit: In Complete Psionic there's also energy flash and energy lance. Neither of those are very good though. Energy flash requires a melee touch attack and a save. Energy lance gives good damage and a secondary affect, but it has a save that doesn't augment.

I can't recommend buying Complete Psionic if you're playing a psion. The book is really only good if you want to play one of the new classes presented in it, such as the Lurk or Ardent. Even then, it's still the worst of all the Complete X books.

I stand very thoroughly corrected on the utter uselessness of Chain Power.

Hope you like Extend, seems that's all there is.

As it is, Chain Power is utterly pointless.
It seems they did not used the term "a single target" as "Target: One creature or object" entry, but as "useable against one enemy", for Chain Power.

They do such things from time to time.
Like 'Concealment' as the whole concept of concealment and 20% concealment.
Or 'Illusion' as the whole school of illusion and figments.
Or 'natural weapon' as one with unarmed strike and the other without unarmed strike.
I hope they strictly differentiate between game terms and ordinary terms, in 4E.
