Wrestling (tactical)

Prerequisites: Imp. Unarmed Strike, Imp. Grapple, Imp. Bullrush Base Attack Bonus +6

Slam: You can make an attack against an opponent in a grapple dealing double the damage of your unarmed strike and strength using a grapple check at a -4 penalty. You must be able to lift your opponent’s weight (see strength chart) Your opponent ends up prone in a square next to you. Tables broken in this manner deal an additional 1d8 points of piercing damage.

Submission Hold: During a grapple, you twist your opponents limbs and/or head in a painful manner dealing an additional 1d6 points of subdual damage in addition to your normal unarmed strike damage. Your opponent must make a fortitude save each round you maintain it or fall unconscious. DC 10 + wisdom modifier + additional subdual damage dealt + # of rounds held.

Diving Assault: You can leap on to your opponent with a devastating results. For this attack form, you must be standing at least five feet above your opponent and make a jump check instead of an attack roll to hit. If you are successful, you deal falling damage appropriate for your weight as if you had leapt from 1.5 times the height you were at plus 1.5 times your unarmed strike (rounded up). If your opponent is standing, they must make an opposed strength check or fall prone. Your unarmed strike is regarded as a two handed weapon for purposes of power attack when using this attack

Obviously designed to simulate Pro Wrestling moves. I'm a fan of wrestling and thought it would be neat to be able to do this stuff in DnD (I once had a monk who attempted to slam a Sahuagin through a table after grappling it) I am aware of the fling enemy feat in Races of Stone, but I wanted to make this distinguished.

Looks interesting. Only thing is, all three options give you very clear advantages without very many drawbacks or requirements for each maneuver. Tactical feat options that I've seen usually have the caveat of "You must use a -2/+2 power attack" or "you must do such-and-such in the previous round". "Submission Hold" could be a feat in and of itself, and I think Player's Guide to Faerun has a regional attack-from-above feat similar to "Diving Assault."
