I made a new spell I plan to hand in to my DM to try and get it approved for my wizard. He is a “Force Mage.” The spell needs to be level five and a force spell, other than that I am open to suggestions for tweaking.

Force Weapon
Evocation [Force]
Level: Sorcerer/Wizard 5
Component: V,S,M
Casting Time: 1 Standard Action
Range: 0ft
Effect: Create one weapon of force
Duration: 1 round / level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

You bring in to being a weapon of force; it appears in your hands or at your feat. This weapon can be any melee weapon you are proficient with. You can pass the weapon to another person but you may only have one Force Weapon at one time.
The wielder of the Force Weapon may apply any applicable feats or class abilities he may have, but Force Weapon always deals 3d6 damage on a successful hit, with a critical threat range of 20. Force Weapon is a force effect and can strike ethereal and incorporeal creatures. The weapon can not be attacked. For the purpose of Damage Resistance Force Weapon is considered as a magical force effect and has the damage type of the emulated weapon.
For example: If Force Weapon is used to make a club it will overcome DR/Bludgeoning. If Force Weapon is used to make a dagger it will overcome DR/Piercing or DR/Slashing.
If an attacked creature has spell resistance, the resistance is checked the first time the Force Weapon hits. If the weapon is successfully resisted, the spell is dispelled. If not, the blade has its normal full effect on that creature for the duration of the spell.
Material Component: A glass bead.

Force is not subject to resistance(magical or physical). Change the fact that it can be handed off.
Make the component a crystal worth 50 gp

Why is this in the skills and feats forum?

Anyway, I disagree with concerro. Bigby's hand spells are force effects and they too are subject to SR.

By magical I meant in the same sense that fire and ice spells have reduction.

Not subject to Energy Resistance or Damage Resistance.

Not subject to Energy Resistance or Damage Resistance.

Exactly what I was trying to say, thanks :)

I'd guess that'd be damage reduction... hehe :P
