This foundation is based on an idea from everyone's favorite comedian George Carlin. He gives it only a passing glance in his book, but a few friends and I decided to begin a "real" organization based on the concept. Basically, by joining, you are stating that, should you have a spare hat on hand, and come across an overweight person in need, you will donate said hat to said fat person. Also, do not bicker at me about this being biased or in any way mean toward fat people. As a fat person myself, I know that fat people prefer to be called fat and not a stupid euphemism. Also, there is no person on this earth who doesn't appreciate a free hat.
