Taking Applications for GM Position [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-05-05, 12:42 AM This to let everyone know that we're accepting applications for the two vacant GM positions for this board. Please keep in mind that:

- It is a voluntary position. (ie You don't get paid for your actions)

- You have to be able to work as a team with other GMs. In fact, the GM decisions are made as a team via vote.

- You have to enjoy posting with other on this board.

- You can't have received excessive Official Warns recently.

- Being above the age of 18 is preferred.

If you're interested and/or have any additional questions, please send an private message to myself (WizO_Cat), WizO_Shadow, and jagggar by June 17th answering the following questions:

-How long have you been posting at the Guildhall?

-Are you at least 18 years of age?

-Are you available to post consistently over the week? When do you normally post?

-Why do you want to be a GM at the Guildhall?

-What do you think makes a good GM?

-Why do you think you'd make a good GM?

-Are you able to make hard decisions? Ones that may not be popular but may be for the overall good?

-Would you be comfortable exercising GM authority on posters you consider friends?

-Have you kept your cool in a heated debate?

As did i, but as jaggar just pointed out there is an "and" meaning that all three need the pm.

That is correct. The applications need to be sent to all three of us: WizO_Cat, WizO_Shadow, and jagggar.

06-16-05, 09:23 AM I only have one application at this time. Don't know what we're gunna do if we don't have several.

I'm going to be gone for the remainder of the weekend, cousin getting married, so I'd like to only get PMs which are applications (don't want it filled up so that someone can't get their application in).
