| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 01:58 AM | - The Betting Booth - You step up to the booth and see Garland there, as he always is taking bets from all those who wish to test their luck at the coin. As always he sits behind the booth wearing his violet vest, red shirt, green breeches, and overly-large blue hat with its humongous pink feather. He smiles at you as you come to his booth. “Care to place a bet?” Ok the Betting Booth is a real Guild and is designed as such, thus members are welcome, but because of the nature of the Betting Booth some may only have Supporter Statues (see below). Charter: To conduct bets and promote the general exchange of wealth. Guild Leadership Score: 10 + (Garland's Charisma modifier) |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:01 AM | - Betting Rules - All Betting Rules are subject to change and alteration by the desion of the Lord of Wagers. -When you make a bet you must say who you are betting on and how much. Both of witch must be put in bold print. Example: “I place 50,000 on Xen to win.” This bolding is to make it easier to find the important parts and to make it harder for someone to cheat by editing their posts since more people can easily see their bet. - No bet can be made on who will lose. Example: “I bet 100,000 that I will lose.” , “I bet 15,000 that Cazic will lose.” , and etc. Such bets are not allowed to make it harder to cheat on betting. -All bets made on a fight shall be made into the Pot for which all winnings are gained. 10% of the Pot goes to the Booth Coffers so as to keep the booth runing. -Bets will not be taken/altered/taken back/etc after the first round of a battle has occured. Before the first round has occured bets can be altered, removed, and made, but any alterations ro/removels of a prexisting bet must either be edited in their post (you need the permision of the Lord of Wagers to edit posts) or a new post is made stating that you are chaging you bet. If you make a new post you still can not edit the old one without the permision of the Lord of Wagers. -No posts, except those made by the current “Lord of Wagers (see below)”, may be edited in the Betting Booth. This is to ensure that no one edits there post to better suit their lose or win in bets they made. Example: Someone posts “I place 10,000 on Sargatanas to win.”, but Sargantas loses and that person edits their post to “I place 10,000 on Ashariana (Sargatanas’s opponent at the time) to win.”, or Sagatanas wins and they edit the post to say “I place 100,000 on Sargatanas to win.” It is because of this if anyone wants to edit a post they must first make another post asking if they can edit the post. Once the current “Lord of Wagers (see below)” oks the edit then the edit may take place. If a post is edited without the permishon of the “Lord of Wagers (see below)” then any bet in that post is ignored and the person editing their post is banned from betting for four days (OOC time) per edited post. To ensure no cheating I will make copies of every bet so as to have a untampered with original. -For rewards and penalties for bets see How the Bets Work (see below). - If in a bet there is only one person/team being bet on then that bet is canceled and no money is given away or taken or the Beting Booth it self will make a bet on the person/yeam that has been bet on. In this situation an exception is made in the "No betting after first round" Rule. This exception is that more bets can be made, but once a combattant/team has gained a clear upper hand (when this happens is at the descresion of the Lord of Wagers) no more bets are taken in that exception even if the Booth has made a bet other bets can still be made and in this situation the Booth is considered a normal beter. Example: Demonfey bets 10,000 GP that Sargantas’s Army will defeat the Royal Guards, but Demonfey is the only person betting. Since if the rules of betting are followed he will lose 1,000 gold he will instead be given back his bet and no money shall be awarded or taken, but with the exception more people can bet. If more bets are made or the Booth desided to step in a bet then the bets are not canceled, if more bets are not made and the Booth doesn't step in then the bet is canceled. - Items and other non-currency objects can be betted. When such a bet is made the value of the item(s) must be stated. If the bet the item(s) were placed on wins then the item(s) are returned and its GP value is sent through the process of deciding how much the Gambler is rewarded. The Gambler does not get extra gold as if their item(s) were still in the bet, but receive the amount they gain from the bet plus any GP they also put on the bet. If the bet loses the item(s) are either switched into GP by the Lord of Wagers, thus making the itme(s) the property of the Booth, or it can be given to one of the winning betters as part of their reward for winning. -Only Gold Piece Values and items, unless stated other wise, may be bet. |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:01 AM | - Betting Awards - Lucky Gambler: If someone bets and wins on five consecutive fights then they are given an additional sum of money equal to 20% of their newest original bet. This money is a reward for being a very lucky gambler. Unlucky Gambler: If someone bets and loses on five consecutive fights then they are given a sum of money equal to 20% of their newest original bet. This money is given for being a very unlucky gambler and so that they may one day come back to bet again. |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:03 AM | - Betting Booth Statuses - Lord of Wagers (Guildmaster)- Garland (Zombomaniac) Guardian(s) of Bets (Security, Guard, etc.)- To be filled and may have two or three here. Supporters (Anyone who is not part of the guild, but still par-takes in its business)- (Abicus Acton) (Demonfey) (Sssargoth) (Premier) (Gabrion) |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:04 AM | - How the Bets Work - How the Bets Work (Step-By-Step Process) 1. Add up all of the betting money. 2. Take 10% of this money and put it into the Booth Coffers. The other 90% is the pot. 3. Determine which side won. 4. Determine the share of the "pot" each of the winning betters receives. Do as follows: ------Take the amount betted by the Gambler. ------Divide this by the total amount bet on the winning side. ------The result is a fraction of the pot the Gambler will receive. ------Multiply the fraction by the actual amount of gold in the pot to determine the exact amoung of gold the Gambler receives. ------Do this for each Gambler on the winning side. Example: Gambler A-- bets 1,500 gp on Fighter A Gambler B-- bets 1,000 gp on Fighter A Gambler C-- bets 500 gp on Fighter A Gambler D-- bets 2,000 gp on Fighter B Gambler E-- bets 1,250 gp on Fighter B Gambler F-- bets 750 gp on Fighter B Total of Betting Money: 7,000 gp 10% to the Coffers: 700 gp 90% is the pot: 6,300 gp Fighter A wins. Gambler A: Gambler A bet 1,500 gp 3,000 gp bet on winning side. 1,500/3,000 = 1/2 of "pot" 1/2 X 6,300 gp = 3,150 gp winnings for Gambler A Gambler B: Gambler B bet 1,000 gp 3,000 gp bet on winning side. 1,000/3,000 = 1/3 of "pot" 1/3 X 6,300 gp = 2,100 gp winnings for Gambler B Gambler C: Gambler C bet 500 gp 3,000 gp bet on winning side. 500/3,000 = 1/6 of "pot" 1/6 X 6,300 gp = 1,050 gp winnings for Gambler C |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:05 AM | - Booth Coffers - Current GP: 1,000,000 (starting Guild amount) +2,512 (10% of bets) -40,000 (Bounty payments) (more later) |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:05 AM | - Current Fights and Bets - Gladiator Match #3 Denrik vs. (Dyne's new bard character) vs. Shador vs. Sssargoth vs. Tetsuo vs. Black Mage - Bets are open DF bets 1,000 on Tetsuo to win Gladiator Title. Gabrion bes 5,000 on Shador to win Gladiator Title. ------------- Sssargoth bets 5,000 on Team 2 to win. Alexander Validus (Dyne) bets 5,000 gp on Team 1 to win. |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 02:06 AM | Bounties In a effort to premote the exchange of wealth and the bet creating oppurtunities that are war. We of the Betting Booth will now show case bounties. It is here that someone may place a bounty on someone else making it so that everyone knows that you want said person dead, captured, maimed, etc. If you wish to keep your bounty secret then merely PM me what you want. An example of a bounty would be: Sir Arcanas offers 50,000 gp for Sargantanas's head for reasons of murder. or A unamed party offers 10,000 gp for Glenn's left and right hands. Reason not given. To premote Bounty use those who place a bounty and those who fufill the bounty will both be given 5,000 gp upon the compleation of said bounty. Current Bounties: Placed by an Unamed party. 40,000 GP (one person), 100,000 GP ( group, the amount to be divided evenly amoung the group) to bring Darby Wallace Drago in alive. A Helm of Opposite Alignment must be brought in with the bounty (cost of helm will be reimbursed). Previous Bounties: Placed by Jacob Mist (Zombomaniac)- 50,000 Gold to the man who brings the head of Sargantanas. 15,000 Gold per head to the man who brings me the heads of the Undead Lords Vampire cohorts. 20,000 additional Gold to the man who brings in all heads. | Abicus Acton09-17-05, 02:08 PM | I intend to join this "guild" as a Supporter, to help ensure it's success. Also, I'm afraid if the current betting rules will mathematically work (as in, "Is there enough money to go around to cover all that?"). I'll make another post later to see what can be worked out. |
| Zombomaniac09-17-05, 05:49 PM | Welcome Abicus Acton. Thanks for joining and point that out. I added a rule which should stop us from going under. :) |
| necrodude1609-17-05, 07:37 PM | I would suggest somekind of rule against editing posts, perhaps...... |
| jagggar09-17-05, 10:08 PM | I would suggest that a character can't bet on his or herself to lose. |
| Abicus Acton09-18-05, 02:54 AM | Welcome Abicus Acton. Thanks for joining and point that out. I added a rule which should stop us from going under. :) Uh, not sure that would work. I'm afraid every bet would threaten to send us under. I would suggest somekind of rule against editing posts, perhaps...... I believe that was already an original rule. I would suggest that a character can't bet on his or herself to lose. I agree entirely. Many other gambling institutions have such rules. Now, here's what I propose for figuring the rewards. It might be rather complicated, but this is, I believe, basically how the horse races do it. Okay, first things first, 10% of the bet is taken away and stuffed in the booth's coffers, so that won't be figured in. That leaves us with 90% of the gold to work with. When a winner of the arena match is announced, the pot is divided between the winners of the bet, plain and simple. Of course, if everyone bets on one side, they wouldn't be making any money because they'd only be getting 90% of their original bet back. For Example: Three people each bet 1,000 gp on Fighter A. Two people each bet 1,000 gp on Fighter B. Total bets of 5,000 gp. 10%, or 500 gp, is sent directly into the coffers. The remainding 4,500 gp is used to pay off the bets of the winners. Suppose that Fighter B wins. The 4,500 gp is divided between the two people that bet on him, or 2,250 gp each. Or suppose that Fighter A wins. The 4,500 gp would be divided between the three people that bet on him, or 1,500 gp each. Either way, in this circumstance (and hopefully in most circumstances), whichever side wins, they'd be getting back more than they put in, which is the whole point of the bet. Notice that, whichever side wins, the Betting Booth makes the same amount of money regardless. Also notice that the people that bet on Fighter B each made more money than the people that bet on Fighter A. This is where the concept of odds comes into play. Basically, the more people betting on a competitor, the less payback they receive because the winnings is divided between more people. So, if you bet on the lose that has never won a single time in his life, and few others have bet on that competitor, you would make much more money (assuming you won). Yikes, I've already started to ramble (sorry 'bout that). Anyway, odds indicate how much money you would get back for betting on someone (assuming they won), and it also indicates how many people are betting on someone (they lower the payback, the more popular that person is, and probably the more likely they are to win)). Hope that was all understandable. I can't remember exactly how to determine odds, and I can't remember what order the numbers go in (one is how much is bet, and the other is how much would be received for that bet). |

For example, there are 2 people betting on fighter A, Better 1 bets 1000, and Better B bets 500, If Fighter A wins Better A gets 2/3 of the money and Better B gets 1/3 of the money |

| Zombomaniac09-18-05, 02:29 PM | Ok not all of that made sence to me. If you all can provided the rules and they make sence then i have no problem with changing mine to the ones you all make. |
| Arshes09-18-05, 02:39 PM | *an explosion is heard as arshes walks in, a crater where the top of his head used to be* ow, i think i broke something. and it's spelled sense zombo. |
| Abicus Acton09-18-05, 02:57 PM | Okay, let's see if I can simplify things. Whenever it refers to a specific Gambler, assume that Gambler was one of the guys that won the bet. The Way It Would Work (Step-By-Step Process) Add up all of the betting money. Take 10% of this money and put it into the "coffers." The other 90% is called the "pot." Determine which side won. Determine how large a share of the "pot" each of the winning betters will receive. Do this as follows: Take the amount bet by Gambler A. Divide this by the total amount bet on the winning side. The result is the "fraction" of the "pot" Gambler A will receive. Multiply this "fraction" by the actual amount of gold in the "pot" to determine the exact amoung of gold Gambler A receives. Do this for Gambler B, Gambler C, and all the other Gamblers on the winning side. Example Gambler A-- bets 1,500 gp on Fighter A Gambler B-- bets 1,000 gp on Fighter A Gambler C-- bets 500 gp on Fighter A Gambler D-- bets 2,000 gp on Fighter B Gambler E-- bets 1,250 gp on Fighter B Gambler F-- bets 750 gp on Fighter B Total of Betting Money: 7,000 gp 10% to the Coffers: 700 gp 90% is the pot: 6,300 gp Fighter A wins. Gambler A: Gambler A bet 1,500 gp 3,000 gp bet on winning side. 1,500/3,000 = 1/2 of "pot" 1/2 X 6,300 gp = 3,150 gp winnings for Gambler A Gambler B: Gambler B bet 1,000 gp 3,000 gp bet on winning side. 1,000/3,000 = 1/3 of "pot" 1/3 X 6,300 gp = 2,100 gp winnings for Gambler B Gambler C: Gambler C bet 500 gp 3,000 gp bet on winning side. 500/3,000 = 1/6 of "pot" 1/6 X 6,300 gp = 1,050 gp winnings for Gambler C Fairly well illustrated, I think. |
| jagggar09-18-05, 02:59 PM | And what happens if no one bets on Fighter B? What happens then if Fighter A wins? |
| Abicus Acton09-18-05, 03:04 PM | I would prefer doing it as above. Otherwise, with the method of just giving out double winnings, sometimes we would make money, and sometimes we would lose it. Example of Current System (Double Winnings) Total of 10,000 gp bets 6,000 gp on Side A 4,000 gp on Side B 1,000 gp to Coffers 9,000 gp left for the "pot" Side A Wins: 12,000 gp in winnings to hand out Side B Wins: 8,000 gp in winnings to hand out You see how, if Side A were to win, we would be losing money, because we would have to give out more gold than the bets put together. However, if Side B won, we pay 8,000 gp of the pot, leaving an extra 1,000 gp. So, depending on which side won, we would either lose 2,000 gp, or gain 2,000 gp (Side B, 1,000 automatically to the Coffers, 1,000 of the pot left over after paying out winnings). With the system I illustrated, we would always gain 1,000 gp in the above circumstnace, and we would [i]never lose money under any circumstances. With the Double Winnings system, we would be tempted to cheat, help one side win because we would make more money. With the system I illustrated, that would never need to occur, because we would make the same amount of money regardless of which side won. |
| Abicus Acton09-18-05, 03:11 PM | And what happens if no one bets on Fighter B? What happens then if Fighter A wins? With the system I illustrated, they would get 90% of their money back. I was getting to this point, I was going to suggest a rule that, if the winnings are less than the bet, we would just cancel the bet and give them their money back. However, with the Double Winnings system, we would lose all that money. The only way money can be made is if someone bets on the loser. With the Double Winnings system, we would only make money if both sides were equal, or if more was bet on the loser. So, under most circumstances, I believe we would be losing money. With the system I illustrated, under all circumstances we would either make money, or there would be no change. |
| Zombomaniac09-18-05, 03:54 PM | Your right. My system is a bit flawed. :embarrass When I get the time I will edit the rules to your version. If we had more members I would put it up to vote but we are the only ones here right now. :( |
| Abicus Acton09-18-05, 04:24 PM | I suppose I should make an In-Game introduction: An old man walks up to the betting booth. He dons unremarkable wizard robes of gray. He has a certain energy that makes him seem much younger than he actually is. "Hello there, I am Abicus Acton. I would like to help out here, as a "supporter" I suppose you would call me. Sporting competitions are an important diversion from the troubles of the world, and the Betting Booth is obviously an integral component to the Arena." |
| Orcy The Green Wonder09-18-05, 05:43 PM | I would prefer doing it as above. | Zombomaniac09-18-05, 08:06 PM | Try it, Orcy has a club waiting for cheaters ;) tiss true, but we are not here to temp or test morals. I think Abicus's way is the ay to go. In a little while I will put it in the rules post and remove the old one. |
| Zombomaniac09-22-05, 10:45 PM | Ok i have hit a snag. I dont have a calculator that does 1/3 X 6,300 so how would someone with a simple little clac do this? ok never mind guys. I just figured it out. have to divide and such. 1/3 X 6300 becomes 6300 divided by 3. :) |
| Wilds09-23-05, 12:50 AM | lol the club comment made me think of someones responce it went something liek this. "I pull out my +5 helmet of club deflection" ya i know that sucks, but the original comment was much funnier |
| Abicus Acton09-26-05, 11:41 PM | "I would like to place a bet of 10,000 gold pieces that Sargatanas will win the upcoming gladiator match." |
| Demonfey09-27-05, 08:53 PM | Sulkyr walks in I'd like to bet on the outcome over at the Tyranor guardtower. If it is allowable, I'd like to bet 10K on Sargatanas's side. |
| Abicus Acton09-28-05, 01:36 AM | Sulkyr walks in I'd like to bet on the outcome over at the Tyranor guardtower. If it is allowable, I'd like to bet 10K on Sargatanas's side. A grim smile appears on Abicus's face. "I never heard of betting on warfare before. Although I believe the Tyranor Guard is ill-equipped to deal with its enemies, I would not wish to bet on a person's life. "I do hope this gladiator match picks up. Sporting matches are important, as well as exciting. It would be a shame to see the Mountain Top Arena's activity slow down." |
| Demonfey09-28-05, 08:08 PM | You don't want to bet on lives, but you bet on gladiatorial matches? This fight is just a larger version of it. |
| Abicus Acton09-28-05, 08:12 PM | You don't want to bet on lives, but you bet on gladiatorial matches? This fight is just a larger version of it. "People do not die in gladiatorial matches... usually. And gladiatorial matches are conducted under some degree of order." |
| Demonfey09-28-05, 08:23 PM | My point is still valid. When they fight, they risk their lives. |
| Zombomaniac09-28-05, 08:39 PM | Unless the DMs say other wise you can bet on any battle. Also DF would you mind if I put you in supporters. Since this is a guild we get more money for more members. |
| Abicus Acton09-28-05, 09:48 PM | My point is still valid. When they fight, they risk their lives. "Well, since ethics are a matter of personal preference, we are both right, in our own ways." Guilds get more money for having more members? |
| Demonfey09-28-05, 09:51 PM | Okay. So my 10K bet is valid, right? |
| Zombomaniac09-28-05, 09:52 PM | Guilds get more money for having more members? Ya when making a guild you get money based on the number of people, but you only get money for three people. Basicly a guild with two people gets less than one with three, but a guild with five gets the same as one with three. Each guild gets a starting amount based on this. More can be gained, but that is done by the users not the GMs really. I am trying to get all three members so the booth gets full money on this. |
| Zombomaniac09-28-05, 09:56 PM | Okay. So my 10K bet is valid, right? well if you dont have 10k in gold you will have to pay someother way if you lose, but other than where it is coming from it is valid. If you dont have 10k gp you can bet and pay with items. I'll put in a rule about that. |
| Demonfey09-28-05, 10:17 PM | I had over 30,000 gp left over. |
| Zombomaniac09-28-05, 10:29 PM | I had over 30,000 gp left over. 10k is then acounted for, thank you. |
| Zombomaniac09-28-05, 11:16 PM | ok we need more than one person betting at each bet. If i follow the betting rules DF will lose money no matter what as long as he is the only person betting. i am going to put in a rules about this. |
| Zombomaniac10-02-05, 08:28 PM | Even though I am grounded I will still keep an eye on the betting Booth so that everyone can make bets. I will not let this grounding keep people from earning money and having fun. So dont be discuraged to bet your life savings just because i wont be able to post as often. Everything will still work and everyone will still get their gold. |
| Abicus Acton10-02-05, 08:30 PM | A figure on a broomstick flies overhead. He points his staff, and sparks fly out, forming words: Come One, Come All! To the 1st Annual Quidditch World Cup To Take Place on the 5th of October At Conscientia, the Academy of Magic Bring Your Broomsticks! The figure then flies off into the distance. |
| Sssargoth10-02-05, 08:32 PM | I bet 10k on myself at the arena. |
| Abicus Acton10-02-05, 08:36 PM | Would I be allowed to change my bet on the Gladiator Match? I originally bet that Sargatanas would win, but I did not know that I would be participating because one of the competitors dropped out and I took his place. |

There is one in there about this. It is right under the one that Thanks Orcy. |
| Abicus Acton10-02-05, 09:02 PM | No sorry check the rules. There is one in there about this. It is right under the one that Thanks Orcy. I thought the rule was that the gambler had to ask the Lord of Wagers for permission to edit his bet. Besides, is it not also against the rules to bet against yourself? I do not see how it would be fair for me to lose 10,000 gold if I win the match. |
| Zombomaniac10-02-05, 09:26 PM | I thought the rule was that the gambler had to ask the Lord of Wagers for permission to edit his bet. Besides, is it not also against the rules to bet against yourself? I do not see how it would be fair for me to lose 10,000 gold if I win the match. Oh your right. :embarrass Repost your bet in its new form. And your right you do ask for permision. Good jod Abicus. |
| Abicus Acton10-02-05, 09:27 PM | I bet 10k on myself at the arena. When I was just checking the rules, I noticed the following rule: -Bets can be changed, taken back, added to, and so on, but only before the fight begins. Once a round has occured no bets can be placed, changed, removed, added to, or anything that alters the bet. If a bet is to be altered a new post must be made with a quote of the old bet in it and stating what the new bet is. |
| Abicus Acton10-02-05, 09:30 PM | Oh your right. :embarrass Repost your bet in its new form. And your right you do ask for permision. Good jod Abicus. Thank you. I be 10,000 gold that I, Abicus Acton will win the current gladiator match. Also, what about Sssargoth's bet? It looks like I was the only one to place a bet on the match. If his is not counted, I believe the gambling for the gladiator match would be effectively canceled. |
| Zombomaniac10-02-05, 09:54 PM | Just edited that rule for this purpose. :D Sssargantases bet stands and more bets can be made untill I say otherwise. :) |
| Sssargoth10-02-05, 10:01 PM | Just edited that rule for this purpose. :D Sssargantases bet stands and more bets can be made untill I say otherwise. :) that is the biggest perversion of my name that I have ever seen... :weep: |
| Zombomaniac10-02-05, 10:15 PM | that is the biggest perversion of my name that I have ever seen... :weep: wow your right. Looks like a fusion of Sssargoth and Sargantas with a es added at the end. :D |
| Abicus Acton10-02-05, 10:17 PM | wow your right. Looks like a fusion of Sssargoth and Sargantas with a es added at the end. :D Is it not spelled "Sargatanas"? That seems to be one of the most misspelled names so far. Although, I have seen quite a few variations of my own name out there. |
| premier66610-02-05, 10:28 PM | What do you guys wanted? Sssargoth's name has 3 "S"!!!! At least my name is easy to spell. Hey Can Black Mage(me) bet 121gp on himself? |
| Zombomaniac10-02-05, 10:36 PM | What do you guys wanted? Sssargoth's name has 3 "S"!!!! At least my name is easy to spell. Hey Can Black Mage(me) bet 121gp on himself? Aslong as he has a way of pay that all off if he loses. |
| Demonfey10-02-05, 10:56 PM | Can I change what I'm betting on, since no one seems to want to go with what I'm betting on? |
| Zombomaniac10-03-05, 12:48 PM | Can I change what I'm betting on, since no one seems to want to go with what I'm betting on? you mean the royal guard fight? |
| Demonfey10-03-05, 12:51 PM | Yeah. I want to instead put that money on BM (Black Mage) in his current fight in the Mountain Top arena |
| Zombomaniac10-03-05, 12:58 PM | Sure. Lord of Wagers Praclomation- DF's 10k bet on Sargantas to win agianst the Royal Guards is here by canceled as no one else has bet on that fight. DF has been given back his 10k gold from the bet and is now free to bet it as he sees fit. |
| Demonfey10-03-05, 01:43 PM | 5k on BM. |
| Zombomaniac10-03-05, 10:11 PM | Bets in the current gladiator match are now closed. Bets on the battle between Sargantas and the Royal Guards are now closed. |
| Abicus Acton10-04-05, 09:32 PM | I am wondering something. Could you possibly keep track of the bets for various fights/competitions in one of those reserved posts on the first page? Perhaps we could also figure odds and add that in. |
| Zombomaniac10-04-05, 09:42 PM | I think I see part of what you are saying (saying the stuff you can bet on right now), but on the rest please say more. Also on odds I dont really like that. I prefer to leave the odds to the betters. If someone else wants to say what the odds are then they can, but I prefer not to. |
| Demonfey10-04-05, 09:54 PM | DAMN HIS SOUL TO THE NINE HELLS! *Grudgingly, Sulkyr parts with his 10K.* |
| Abicus Acton10-04-05, 10:04 PM | Maybe in one post you could have it something like: Fight 1 Player A: 10,000 gp on Fighter 1 Player B: 5,000 gp on Fighter 2 BETTING CLOSED FOR THIS FIGHT. Fight 2 Player C: 15,000 gp on Fighter 3 Player D: 200 gp on Fighter 4 Player E: 350 gp on Fighter 5 Something like that, so that there would be a place to easily see what fights are going on and can be bet on, and to easily see who bet on what. I believe I could calculate odds fairly easy. Odds merely indicate who has the most money bet on them to win. They also indicate how much money would be won if different contestants won the competition (in the form of "For every X amount of gp you bet, you would get X gp back in winnings). So, for the current battle: Thasis the Evil: 0 - 0 Darby Wallace: 0 - 0 Sssargoth: 0 - 0 Black Mage: 5,121 - 15,121 (~1 - 3) Abicus Acton: 10,000 - 15,121 (~2 - 3) Sargatanas: 0 - 0 There were very few bets, so for most of the combatants, the odds of them winning are zero. But, basically, the odds are a fraction with the amount bet on the person on top, and the total bets on bottom. If we had cleaner numbers, they would reduce. For example, if Premier666 did not place that odd bet of 121 gp, it would look like: Black Mage: 1 - 3 (same thing as 5,000 - 15,000, but reduced) Abicus Acton: 2 - 3 (same thing as 10,000 - 15,000, but reduced) So, in this fight, Abicus Acton (AKA me) would have greater odds of winning, since he has more money bet on him. And if someone bet 2 gp on Abicus Acton to win, they would get 3 gp back if he actually did win. Of course, this is not taking into account the 10% that goes into the booths coffers. |
| Abicus Acton10-04-05, 10:24 PM | DAMN HIS SOUL TO THE NINE HELLS! *Grudgingly, Sulkyr parts with his 10K.* Was it not only 5,000? 5k on BM. |
| Demonfey10-04-05, 10:25 PM | So it was. REWIND! *Parts with 5K* |
| Zombomaniac10-06-05, 01:13 AM | Maybe in one post you could have it something like: Fight 1 Player A: 10,000 gp on Fighter 1 Player B: 5,000 gp on Fighter 2 BETTING CLOSED FOR THIS FIGHT. I think this is a good idea, Abicus. I will make a Current Fights and Bets Post in the reserved. Thanks. :) I believe I could calculate odds fairly easy. As I said I dont like doing odds. I like to leave the decision making process to the betters, but if you want to you can make odds posts. Aswell as long as they hold only the odds I would give you permision to edit them as you need. Though only the "Odds Person" could edit only their "Odds posts" :) This could be good in making cheating even harder since there would be yet another records of bets the original better could not tamper with. |
| Abicus Acton10-06-05, 09:58 PM | Abicus Acton makes his way toward the Lord of Wagers. "I am here to collect on a bet. I had bet 10,000 gold pieces that I would win the gladiatorial match, and I have won." |
| Zombomaniac10-07-05, 12:54 AM | Sitting from behind the Booth Garland looks up from the bets he was counting. "Calm, Calm. Calm, Calm. I am counting now . . . carry the one . . . divide by ten . . ." Garland then brings out a bag scooping most of the money on the counter into it. The rest is put in something under the counter you can't see. "Here you go. These are the winning of your bet and I must say you did very well in that match and Sargatanas did wonderfully in this battle. I haven't seen that much summoning sence I was on the Misty Isle, but dont tell the council that. They dont know I was there." Laughing Garland leaves the bag of 22,609 gold pieces on the counter for Abicus to take. Good job out there everybody! @Every, but Abicus Do any of you want to be a Supporter or Guardian? Having more members means the Booth gets more money as a guild. Being a Supporter doesn't resrict you in any way and being a Guardian basicly means that you would protect the Booth if it got in trouble. |
| Abicus Acton10-07-05, 01:00 AM | 22,609? That can't be right, I thought only 15,121 gp was bet. |
| Zombomaniac10-07-05, 01:10 AM | 22,609? That can't be right, I thought only 15,121 gp was bet. No. 10k from you. 10k from Sssargoth 5k from DF 121gp from Pemier 25,121gp total divide by ten you get 22,609. Did I miss something? |
| Abicus Acton10-07-05, 01:12 AM | No. 10k from you. 10k from Sssargoth 5k from DF 121gp from Pemier 25,121gp total divide by ten you get 22,609. Did I miss something? Whoops, forgot about Sssargoth. Abicus picks up the sack and nods to Garland. "Thank you." He then teleports away. Even more winnings than I expected. |
| gabrion10-10-05, 06:30 PM | Before his fight in the Arena, Striker comes to the betting booth to place a wager. "I put 9,000 gp on my side of the fight." |
| Sssargoth10-10-05, 07:47 PM | A young red dragon comes over to the booth. "I put 9,000 gp on Solumund." |
| Abicus Acton10-10-05, 08:11 PM | Abicus Acton flies over to the Betting Booth on his broomstick. He lands and places a sack of jingling coins on the counter. "I would like to bet 9,000 gold pieces that Striker will win his match against Solmund." |
| Zombomaniac11-13-05, 01:21 AM | Been awile since this threads been seen, but from what I can tell Abicus and gabrion got some gold from the Striker match unless it was decided that it was too one sided and thus null. Was it? And where is Abicus? I haven't seen him around. |
| Demonfey11-13-05, 01:29 AM | Check the academy. He mentioned that he had to leave for an indefinite amount of time. |
| Zombomaniac11-13-05, 01:43 AM | Check the academy. He mentioned that he had to leave for an indefinite amount of time. Ohhhhh. To bad I liked him. Hope he enjoys whatever he is doing. I think its time I make some followers for the guild. |
| jagggar11-13-05, 08:50 AM | Yeah, Striker match is null. |
| gabrion11-13-05, 02:50 PM | Yeah, Striker match is null. Hmm...maybe this isn't the best place to discuss, and I don't want to have another super long debate, but is there a reason Striker wouldn't get the rewards from that first fight? He fell withing the rules at the time, and while he is being modified so as to better fit in with the crowd, I assumed that gold and XP from that first fight were still fair game. After all, people here look at character sheets before even betting, so I don't see why people who bet against him should have the right to get their money back. Betting against him may have been foolish, but it was an act of volition. PS: jagggar, if you'd rather we not talk about this here (or even on meta), feel free to pm me. |
| Dyne11-26-05, 01:54 AM | I bet 10 gold Silimna won't even acknowledge Hirohito's existence. |
| Zombomaniac11-26-05, 01:58 AM | I say 10 gold she swats him away. :D |
| jagggar11-26-05, 02:37 AM | 3 girly giggles I have to mention where jagggar is again before Arcanus reacts to it. |
| Demonfey11-26-05, 02:39 AM | 100 on Hirohito not being noticed and it being a while before Arcanus notices anything, apiece, and 1000 on the treaty failing miserably between the GoPG and Keep. |
| Dyne11-26-05, 03:03 PM | I won 10 gold! :D |
| Zombomaniac11-26-05, 06:51 PM | I won 10 gold! :D Not yet you didn't the conference is still going. :P |
| Dyne11-26-05, 10:27 PM | Not yet you didn't the conference is still going. :P  Curses! :tantrum: |
| Master_of_Flames12-03-05, 02:20 PM | 4,000gp on Li'ruak in the rematch. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 08:10 PM | MoF's 4,000gp bet on Li'ruak in the rematch is void as no one bet on the match other than him. The bets for Gladiator Match #3, Denrik vs. (Dyne's new bard character) vs. Shador vs. Sssargoth vs. Tetsuo vs. Black Mage, are OPEN. |
| Demonfey12-11-05, 08:25 PM | Can we bet on who'll be the first down? |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 08:27 PM | Sorry, but no. Everyone would bet a BM and everyone would win cause the character build needs work. No offence. You can only bet on who will win. |
| Demonfey12-11-05, 08:41 PM | Worth a shot. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 08:50 PM | Worth a shot. Why dont you place a bet. You have gold, I know you do. :) |
| Demonfey12-11-05, 09:04 PM | Because I've never had a chance to play the stealthy-stabby character before. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 09:05 PM | Because I've never had a chance to play the stealthy-stabby character before. What does that have to do with not betting? |
| Demonfey12-11-05, 09:09 PM | When I try something new, I tend to forget proper tactics for that. A blatant example is Sulkyr's fight. Then there's the odds: a warforged (no poisons), bard (unknown element), dragon (can fly and hit me), a mage (spells of pain), and another assassin (gabe's character, considering his other characters, I'm not inclined to underestimate this one) After seeing the set up, I'd like to bet 1000 gp on my side to win. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 09:25 PM | I'd like to bet 1000 gp on my side to win. Duely noted. I hope other will bet. |
| Sssargoth12-11-05, 09:30 PM | 5k on my side to win. |
| gabrion12-11-05, 09:34 PM | I'll bet 5,000 that I win. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 09:46 PM | Noted and Noted. I have added a new feature to the Booth. It is in post #8. |
| gabrion12-11-05, 09:52 PM | Something to think about is that in this particular fight there should be two different pools of cash. Some people are making general bets on what side will win, while others are making bets on individuals. These should be treated seperately. |
| jagggar12-11-05, 09:55 PM | Cool new feature. |
| turalisj12-11-05, 10:00 PM | 1 cp for my side. (i don't like betting high) |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 10:02 PM | @Jaggar Why, Thank you. @Gabe Ya I was about to mention that since I just saw the Arena set up. @everyone As Orcy has created a new betting situation more types of bets can be made. Those betting must mention if they are betting a team or a individual. Those who have already bet I ask that you repost your bets to mention if you are betting on a team to win the Capture the Flag match or a Individual to win the title of Gladiator. Until you repost your bet it will be assumed that the bets mentioned in the Current Fights post are correct. Thank you. |
| turalisj12-11-05, 10:05 PM | 1 cp for both (on my team/character). I don't have any gold or silver to spare. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 10:11 PM | 1 cp for both (on my team/character). I don't have any gold or silver to spare. But you have copper!? Ya copper will make me make exchange rates and blah, blah, blah. So from here on out only gold and items can be bet. So says the Lord of Wagers! |
| gabrion12-11-05, 10:13 PM | But you have copper!? Ya copper will make me make exchange rates and blah, blah, blah. So from here on out only gold and items can be bet. So says the Lord of Wagers! That's strange. |
| turalisj12-11-05, 10:16 PM | Then I won't bet at all. :P |
| Sssargoth12-11-05, 10:18 PM | I bet 5k on team 2 to win. Thats my team. |
| jagggar12-11-05, 10:20 PM | What? No platinum bets? |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 10:21 PM | That's strange. I dont want to have to keep track of one copper and such. I'm lazy and nothing will come of that bet. The copper will be forgotten and to make the bet work i would have to switch everyone else's bets into copper value. This wouldn't be a overly difficult task, but it will take up time I could spend working on my guilds and it really creates more work than rewards. So there for all bets must be of the standard gold value or items and such as everyone else has been doing in the whole Guild House. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 10:24 PM | What? No platinum bets? Platinum is the higher of gold so it doesnt mess with the betts to much. just switch the platinum value to gold. 1 plat = 10 gold 100 plat = 1000 gold just times the plat by 10 and post it in gold. If the rule of betting Gold value only becomes to big a problem then I will alter/remove the rule as need, but I dont see the point in doing bets in values smaller than the ones that 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 999% of the population uses. |
| turalisj12-11-05, 10:32 PM | Well, would it be possible to make bets from a diffrent character? Denrik can't afford to lose even a copper. |
| Zombomaniac12-11-05, 10:37 PM | Well, would it be possible to make bets from a diffrent character? Denrik can't afford to lose even a copper. Of course! Any character can place bets. It need not be the one you are fighting with. That is how everyone is able to bet. Just make sure you put the Gold in the right place. |
| Dyne12-18-05, 03:32 PM | 5,000 gp on Team 1 (Denrik, Shador, and Tetsuo), bet by Alexander Validus. |
| Dyne12-18-05, 03:41 PM | To premote Bounty use those who place a bounty and those who fufill the bounty will both be given 5,000 gp upon the compleation of said bounty. Huh? How does this work? From what I understand, the person who fulfills the bounty (kills the target or whatever) gets whatever reward is posted up for it. Say, if there is a 50,000 gp bounty on Sargatanas's head, anyone destroying Sargatanas would receive 50,000 gp. If the Betting Booth is wanting to make a profit on bounties, however, they might require some sort of initial fee, separate from any reward offered up, that goes straight into their coffers. |

I am rtying to get it started up right now. I will change it after a couple have been done. The part you are talking about is Person A puts 50,000 gp on Person B's head. Person C kills Person B and collects bounty. Now in addision to the 50,000 Person B gets he gets 5,000 gp from teh Booth for promoting the Bounty system. Person A also gets 5,000 for the same reasons. This is to help get the system started. |
| Zombomaniac12-22-05, 02:53 AM | A figure strides into the Betting Booth carring a Lordly air to him and a determined look. He is dressed in the dressings of a Cleric though he has a sorceress look to him. "50,000 Gold to the man who brings me Sargantanas's head. 15,000 Gold per head to the man who brings me the heads of the Undead Lords Vampire cohorts." Garland wakes suddenly to the start of the mans entrace and makes a whisling sounds as the bounty is placed. "And who may I ask is offering this, most grand, bounty?" "Jacob Mist, Lord of Aer'bensvek, the Fortress of Light." Garland: "Any thing else?" Jacob: "Yes, the man who brings me all the heads will get an additional 20,000 Gold." OOC: Remember who ever fullfils the first few bounties gets a extra 5,000 gp added to their bounty claim. By offer of the Booth. Thats 5,000 per bounty. If you brought in all the bounties you would get a total 115,000 (50,000 for Sarg, 15,000 for each of his three Vamps, 5,000 for each of the four bounties) |
| Wilds12-23-05, 10:35 AM | "Bounties..." |
| Dyne12-24-05, 05:21 PM | An extremely fat man in gaudy clothes with a pointy hat walks into the betting booth. "Hello! My name is Ludo, the proprietor of the Pavilion. Well, I'm new in town, so I thought I might introduce myself." He bows so low that his round nose almost touches the tips of his curly shoes. |
| Zombomaniac12-24-05, 10:04 PM | Garland stops his counting of bets and looks the man over. A little taken back at first by the man's appearance, but only for a moment. "Welll, well Ludo I had heard rumors of someone matching your description coming into town, but wasn't sure a fellow ontrapanor (sp) had shown or not. I am gald to see you! Tell me Ludo how can I be of service to you?" |
| Dyne12-24-05, 10:24 PM | "Well, I wanted to discuss the relationship between the Betting Booth and the Pavilion. You see, the Pavilion hosts a variety of games and events, and so presents a number of betting opportunities. However, running such an operation can be a costly endeavour, and I am still working out how to cover all the expenses. "So, I was wondering. In exchange for providing betting opportunities for the Betting Booth, the Pavilion would receive a portion of the profits from the bets. Say, split it 50-50?" |
| Zombomaniac12-24-05, 10:51 PM | "Well you are correct that this will hopefully create a good deal of bets and I do believe we can gain from each other, but have you talked to the God Moderaters of Tryanor? They can give you a good sum of money to start." |
| Dyne12-24-05, 10:54 PM | "Well you are correct that this will hopefully create a good deal of bets and I do believe we can gain from each other, but have you talked to the God Moderaters of Tryanor? They can give you a good sum of money to start." "I already collected my first 1 million gold pieces for a starting guild, if that's what you mean. I also sent them a message about wanting to run some tournaments soon, and asking if they would like to sponsor by providing the prizes. I am awaiting a reply, however." |
| Zombomaniac12-24-05, 11:09 PM | "I already collected my first 1 million gold pieces for a starting guild, if that's what you mean. I also sent them a message about wanting to run some tournaments soon, and asking if they would like to sponsor by providing the prizes. I am awaiting a reply, however." "All righty then, Ludo. Let us see how the bones fall in this matter and we shall decide where to go from there. If things go well in this matter then we shall talk of a shared profit agreement. If badly then . . . well your a smart man." |
| Dyne12-24-05, 11:12 PM | "well your a smart man." "I certainly hope so." Ludo laughs before giving a short bow and going on his way. |
| jagggar12-25-05, 09:55 PM | Does the Betting Booth have any aspirations for the Throne of Tryannor? |
| Zombomaniac12-26-05, 02:22 PM | Does the Betting Booth have any aspirations for the Throne of Tryannor? No |
| Pytho_Orthan12-30-05, 12:15 AM | A rough carved figure moves slowly to the booth. It has no features on any of it's body, but has spikes on it's back. Each of the spikes is topped by a head, on one side rests the head of an undead minotaur, on the other is the head of a pale catgirl, on the top spike is the head of a pale black eye'd man. A open hole in the center of the carving holds the head of a half-rotted being. Long hair falls out of the little hole with daggers dangling from it's ends. A small statue with the same featureless carving falls off the first's head and extends a small hand. |
| Zombomaniac12-30-05, 01:48 AM | Garland look upon the head bearing thing and gawks. "What in the Nine Layers!? Your scaring customers with those! Step around behind the booth with those things boy this is supposed to be a family friendly buisness and if those are what I think they be then Jacob will be by soon enough to pay ya." I'll do the payment post once some other people get a chance to post about this. |
| Pytho_Orthan12-30-05, 02:00 AM | The stone figures stare ahead with their faceless forms and then walk around to the back of the booth. The small one sticks out it's hand again, palm upward. The larger of the two stands unmoving behind the smaller one. |

| Wilds12-30-05, 11:37 AM | So Pytho is the person who has been using others to post for him? |
| Zombomaniac12-30-05, 04:02 PM | So Pytho is the person who has been using others to post for him? I dont think so. Pytho has only been a member for this month. So unless he knows Orcy outside of the Boards I dont see how without him being someone's MUP. :shifty: @Pytho Am I right that those heads are the three Vamp Cohorts and the one in the middle is Sarg? |
| Pytho_Orthan12-30-05, 11:39 PM | I dont think so. Pytho has only been a member for this month. So unless he knows Orcy outside of the Boards I dont see how without him being someone's MUP. :shifty: @Pytho Am I right that those heads are the three Vamp Cohorts and the one in the middle is Sarg? Yes, the minotaur is the unnamed vampire, the catgirl is of course one of the vampires, and the black eye'd man is Kanosic, Sargatana's cohort. The final head is the head of Sargatanas. The hair and daggers were mentioned a few times by him, but never really dominant I suppose. |
| Demonfey12-30-05, 11:43 PM | Damn. I was hoping he'd agree to letting me borrow his head for a while. After all, the contract being followed exactly to the wording never said anything about them being at final rest, just having their heads and showing Jacob. |
| Wilds12-31-05, 01:31 AM | Can we see the battle posts at all? Or is that SECRET too? |
| Pytho_Orthan12-31-05, 01:36 AM | Can we see the battle posts at all? Or is that SECRET too? No, you cannot see it. I am sorry but these things are going to be kept a secret. There are things in the world that you need not know. I was never a fan of posting a character for all to see, and there is no rule that says I must. It is in the GM's hands, and it has been approved, this is all you need to know. I do hope I don't sound insulting, but I do believe that this is enough. Can we please move away from the topic of my character and what happened in secret being shown? There really isn't a reason to tell everyone the secret dealings that have happened, do you assassins plan to tell everything you do and show everyone? |
| Demonfey12-31-05, 03:08 AM | Sorry, its just after issues with people appearing out of nowhere to attack other PCs, which has happened a few times in the past (cited: previous guild war campaign, first (and last) all out combat/semi-Mexican standoff, where multiple people made characters to bolster their own guild strength; the Silimna conflict), we become paranoid of situations like this. In my case, it's also because I act as character DM and part of the job's looking into characters. As a side note, I swear I'll get to work on approvals tomorrow. Meant to get to that earlier. :embarrass |
| Wilds12-31-05, 11:21 AM | I skipped paranoia and went straight to fricking ****** off. A character that is powerful that no one knows exists attacks people randomly. How the frick does that work. I'll drop the subject of your char when its dead. |
| Zombomaniac12-31-05, 03:30 PM | AS much as I love activeity in the Booth please stay on something remotely Booth related. @DF The Head idea wouldn't of worked and you know it. :P |
| jagggar12-31-05, 03:37 PM | Yeah, it's not spelled out that he has to pay the money just for seeing the heads. While the bounty doesn't say you have to give the head over, it doesn't say you do not have to give the head over. |
| Zombomaniac12-31-05, 05:13 PM | After attending to the scared children out front of the Booth Garland goes to the back to attend to the Bounty Men. "Allright, allright little man, I'll get you your gold and Jacob will want to inspect these himself when he gets here."Garland begins taking the heads off the Pikes and out the the Golems chest. He then places them on a table, near by and close to the door, all in a strait line. Mouths and eyes now closed. After placing them down he moves in to the booth and returns with two bags of gold."This one is for you.." Garland tosses the little one a bag of gold (20,000 gp) "Thats what I owe ya. I called Jacob here to handle his part." A few minutes later a soldier of Aer'bensvek arrives with a large bag of gold. After inspecting the heads he wordlessly hands the little golem the gold (115,000 gp). The soldier then places the four heads in a empty bag, gets the bag of gold (20,000 gp) from Garland, and leaves without a word. "Quite the quite fellow, but no worries. The bounty is done and I've got a booth to run. I am sure you can find your own way out." Garland then returns into the Booth. OOC: 135,000 for the Golems and 20,000 for the Soldier. |
| jagggar12-31-05, 05:24 PM | Just something humorous to note: That bag of 20,000 gp weighs 400 pounds. :D |
| Zombomaniac12-31-05, 05:37 PM | Just something humorous to note: That bag of 20,000 gp weighs 400 pounds. :D Just think about the bag of 115,000. |
| Dyne12-31-05, 06:03 PM | Just think about the bag of 115,000. It would be 2,300 lbs. If it were all in platinum, it would be reduced to 230 lbs. Oddly enough, Mithral seems to be worth the same as platinum, according to our old, defunct numbers. Even in adamantine, it would still be 115 lbs. Unless there are some extremely valuable metals that I'm missing, he would be hauling a great deal of metal around any way you do it. |

And thats why they can only do that in a RP only situation. :D But ya we need to start RPing that properly. |
| jagggar12-31-05, 06:20 PM | jagggar would like to place a bet of 10 gold that Ashariana won't outright kill the kid at Stromhand Fed. |
| Wilds12-31-05, 08:05 PM | Ill put a bet of 10 gold that she destroys the litte bugger |
| Pytho_Orthan12-31-05, 09:06 PM | I shall place a bet of 20 gold on her not killing the child. After all, it would not be the best of ideas for a guild with an already negative image to murder a child. |
| Pytho_Orthan12-31-05, 09:08 PM | The small rock figure picks up the bags and heads out the door. The large one falls to pieces into little rocks on the floor, which show no sign of movement. |
| Wilds12-31-05, 09:27 PM | Asharina ripped off a guys arms and beat him to death with them. Theres also an incorporeal psycho his pet. A ghost and all other fun stuff. Every knows we are evil, why change that now? :D |
| Zombomaniac01-01-06, 01:41 AM | Asharina ripped off a guys arms and beat him to death with them. Theres also an incorporeal psycho his pet. A ghost and all other fun stuff. She also enslaved someone. Every knows we are evil, why change that now? No we are Neutral. The small rock figure picks up the bags and heads out the door. He leaves no promblem. The large one falls to pieces into little rocks on the floor, which show no sign of movement. He is cleaned up and thrown into the Arena floor. |
| jagggar01-01-06, 02:44 AM | As I recall, the ripping of arms was in an arena match. Sure she's evil, but she's got style. |
| Zombomaniac01-19-06, 07:40 PM | "A bounty has been placed by a unnamed party for reasons also unmentioed. A reward of 40,000 GP, if one person brings the bounty in, or a reward of 100,000 GP if a group brings it in, the amount to be divided evenly amoung the group, has been placed on Darby Wallace Drago. Darby must be brought in alive and a helm of opposite alignment must also be brought in with the bounty. The cost of the helm will be reimbursed. As well it is recommended that Darby be kept at a secrect location for imprisonment and that the location there of is told to the Booth upon capturing the bounty. The Booth will then see to it that the Unnamed party is informed." |
| Demonfey01-19-06, 07:46 PM | ...I'm giving Fang a new mission... Also, I'd like to put 3 gp on the arena fight lasting so long we decide to just scrap the entire thing. |
| Zombomaniac01-19-06, 07:49 PM | ...I'm giving Fang a new mission... Also, I'd like to put 3 gp on the arena fight lasting so long we decide to just scrap the entire thing. Sad thing is that is a valid bet. |
| Demonfey01-19-06, 07:57 PM | Almost forgot to make sure that the GoUE knows! A bird person glides down to the booth and reads the poster. It's eyes grow wide, and it takes off, flying back towards the GoUE. |
| Zombomaniac06-30-06, 05:51 AM | "The bounty on Darby Wallace Drago has been removed by the unnamed party and by the request of the unnamed party they are to be revealed. The person who placed the bounty on Darby Wallace Drago was the God Moderator, Jagggar." |
