It is one of the few things that can truly unite people, even if for a moment. So, we endeavor to do just that-from time to time. HOW? 1. We follow a Code. A Code of Conduct, if you will. Our aim is for one's funny bone, not their kneecap. 2. We can post in all sorts of places and times. We hone our craft at games and skits in The Castle of Fun or the Rec Room. We hone our craft at parody and spoofs in the D20 for Grins. We hone our craft at Pranks when people least expect it. 3. We try to make grins where there are none. We do not profit from them as a smile should be for free. WHO? 1. Who are we? We are those that have posted in the correct areas-such as The Castle of Fun, The Rec Room or D20 For Grins. One can call themselves a member, if they so choose; if they have made a humorous thread in any of those areas. 2. We are those that have posted in the wrong areas for the right reasons. Sometimes, the tension needs to be broken with a jest or playful comment. That is what we do. 3. We are those that have secretly plotted and schemes (via PM) ways to pull pranks. Members know 'how', 'when', 'where' and 'why' such measures shall be taken. WHY? 1. To amuse, not harm. 2. To inform, if even by far fetched statements. 3. To play, though not with someone's feelings-but rather with concepts. Typically, archetypes of the ideal of humor. :cool:
