You may want to check the Guild house guidelines thread. "Each foundation must develop and adhere to a charter – a goal for the foundation." This was the main thing I noticed, you might want to go back and edit your post a bit, there are some examples on the thread I've mentioned. It is stickied at the top of the guild house section.
