I have a question: would adding maneuvers to the Warrior (Unearthed Arcana, Generic Classes, page 78) ruin it's "generic" feel? Also, would it mess with the balance in regards to the other two classes? I was thinking of granting it a Warblade's maneuvers known/readied except giving the option of choosing any 3 disciplines as the Warrior's choice disciplines.

Yes it would. A warrior is just a generic fighter. Once you give him stances and exttra feats he is no longer a warrior

Concerro seems to be thinking of the DMG Warrior.

I think a more robust set of feats for Warriors that wish to be initiators would be more appropriate, since it would open up the Tome of Battle without making the Warrior overtly more powerful.

If you do choose to add in maneuvers and stances, they should not get as many as any of the pure initiator classes.

Perhaps 2 maneuvers known at first level and 1 additional maneuver everythird level (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18), 2 maneuvers readied at first level and 1 additional readied maneuver every 6th level (6, 12, 18), and 1 stance at first level and 1 additional stance every 8th level (8, 16) as well as bonus feats being brought down to the number a psychic warrior gets. Skill points would be bumped up to 4+int modifier as necessitated by the inclusion of key skills and chosen class skills being increased to six. Would that work without unbalancing it in comparison to the other classes or should I just drop this idea?

I would just drop the idea and come up with a way to implement maneuvers and stances that works with the basic premise of the Generic Class system. Create new feats to emulate martial adepts.
