Alagaesian Magic? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-06-05, 11:15 AM Just reading the Eragon book by Paolini and wondering how the magic would be translated into D20. Has anyone else had the same thought?

06-06-05, 01:28 PM It's essentially 2 things:

1) turning all the D20 spells into word-based pieces and start matching them up.

2) using a very wide-spread spell piecing system so you can make a lightning ball, a fire ball, etc.

either would be amusing, and both would start getting complicated.
