| Millennium01-23-07, 07:20 AM | Um... I'm not sure I understand. Why doesn't the regular starvation system fit your needs? This is an honest question. If we don't know the problem you're trying to solve, we're going to have a tough time solving it. |

What you could do, would be that by spending a full-round eating, you recover 1d6 hp (1 day worth of trail rations). Rounds Heal 1 1d6 2 3d6 3 3d6+3 4 3d6+6 5 3d6+10 6 3d6+15 7 3d6+20 8 3d6+25 9 3d6+30 10 3d6+40 |

If they ignore this detail entirely, it's probably because they're not interested in doing much more than erasing a day's worth of rations off their character sheet for every day they spend adventuring, and I wouldn't force it upon them. I've also never played out my character going to the bathroom. Well, actually, in some more social-based encounters I've used the line "I have to pee" to escape a delicate situation sometimes, but it's not like I make my character have to go every 2 hours plus 2d20 minutes or anything (and impose penalties on her if she holds it). |
