smaugfrost 03-18-06, 12:36 PM	In my current game, we are using the defense bonus variant and I was wondering if anyone had ideas on how this rules woks with any type of shifter (wid shape, weres, alered forms). Do you carry over class based defense bonuses or do you gain the defense bonus inherent to the type of creature? I will name my first born after the person who can answer this for me. yus!
Arco Versipellis 03-18-06, 12:45 PM	I ran into the same problem with a werebear character. Based on a past werewolf character, the animal form should have the lowest AC and the hybrid the highest. That leads me to think that it shouldn't apply to animal forms, but since it is inherit I think so. Personally, I liked the defense bonus, but I am in the process of putting armor back in the game. I didn't like how it handled touch attacks either.
